Hermitage garden cottage is a beautifully renovated limestone cottage with modern amenities located at 7 Hermitage Crescent, Port Lincoln. You have your own private entry which leads through a courtyard garden to your entry door which opens to the living room. The kitchen and bedroom are flanked by a verandah which overlooks a Persian style 'Paradiese Garden' with a water feature. We live on the other side of the fence and around the corner at 9 Stuart Tce and can be reached if you should need any help or assistance. You might see Uta at times in our private vegetable garden which is adjacent to the courtyard garden, however she will only interact if you wish so. We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home.
The cottage offers a modern, accessible bathroom and a fresh, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. There is a 2 plate ceramic cook tops and a convection microwave oven which allows you to grill, cook and heat up dishes. There is a fridge and a freezer to keep your food cool and fresh.
Outside, in the courtyard, there is a Weber Baby Q barbecue and a fire pit. Due to our moderate nightly price we ask you to pay for fire wood separately. This also applies to firewood for the fireplace inside.
Hermitage Garden Cottage is situated in walking distance from the Port Lincoln town centre / foreshore and a stone's throw away from the Port Lincoln Hospital.

Situated on 2.5 acres of land, less than 6km away from the centre of Port Lincoln, you’ll enjoy the out of town lifestyle but have the convenience of Port Lincoln being only a short drive away.

The space
Entry to the cottage is through the oversized, double glazed sliding doors, where you’ll find yourself gazing at the sweeping ocean views of Boston Bay.
Through these doors is the open planned kitchen and lounge room featuring a large, modular comfy lounge, TV and split system air conditioner.
The kitchen is fully equipped featuring Miele appliances, full sized fridge/freezer and an automatic coffee machine with complementary locally roasted coffee beans from EYRE ROASTED and local wholesome honey.
Meals can be enjoyed from the island bench.
Enjoy outside dining under the patio overlooking a generous lawn area and the landscaped native gardens. Take in the ocean views and birdlife over a meal and glass of wine, while watching the kids have fun on the oversized lawn area.
Enjoy outdoor cooking on the family sized Weber BBQ.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with comfy, linen bedding. Watch the sunrise and enjoy the sea views right from your bed.
The second bedroom contains a king single bed ideal for the little ones also with beautiful linen bedding.
Another king single bed is located in the third room, which has been designed as an open planned bedroom. In this room you’ll find books for the little ones, puzzles and plenty of board games for many hours of entertainment.
The bathroom and laundry area is located through a doorway off the lounge room.
The bathroom consists of a toilet and shower and storage cupboard.
Enjoy cozy towels and luxurious toiletries.
The vanity is located outside of the bathroom, featuring a combined laundry space.
Outside the kids imagination will soar whilst they enjoy the sandpit, toy mud kitchen and real life size toy boat!. They will enjoy hours of fun on the lawn area.
Amongst the landscaped gardens is a fire pit area to be used in designated months only. No outside fires during fire ban season.
There is plenty of room to park a boat outside the front of the shed.
Enjoy your morning or sunset walk along the picturesque Investigator trail, which is within walking distance from the property.
