Laurant's Cottage is the ultimate space for bridal groups, families and groups of friends visiting the award winning McLaren Vale wine region. Just a short walk to Main Road, McLaren Vale, surrounded by world class cellar doors and a short 10 minute drive to the famous coastlines and stunning beaches of Aldinga Beach, Port Willunga and Maslins.

Guests have access to the entire cottage which features a beautifully renovated kitchen, dream bathroom, 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and two single bunks) and stunning outdoor entertaining area.

Beautiful in summer and cosy in winter, the perfect romantic escape, couples getaway or holiday with family and friends. Spend your days exploring world renowned wineries and sourcing local produce to cook on the indoor or outdoor kitchen, and enjoy by the open fire.

The outdoor kitchen has a gas bbq with rotisserie, induction cooktop and 10 seater outdoor dining, all by the beautiful open fireplace and cosy couches. The entire outdoor entertaining area can be enclosed with electric outdoor blinds to keep you warm and cosy all year round!

Tv's in the lounge and Master bedroom both have Netflix provided for chill nights in aswell as free to air tv's in the bunk bedroom and outdoor area.

Split system airconditioning in the main house will keep you warm or cool year round (if you're not using the fire!) with ceiling fans and built ins in all three bedrooms.

Freshly cleaned linens, towels and some firewood is provided for your stay.

Laurant's Cottage is located just 400m from the Main Road of McLaren Vale. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, cellar doors, cafes, great coffee and supermarkets. Parking in the secure driveway for two vehicles, with plenty of extra on street parking.

For the little ones - a portacot and highchair is available at the property :)

It has been thoughtfully designed and combines a modern touch against the classic features of the old property.

You will fall in love with the living room and its characteristic stone walls and the view out into the front garden and hills beyond. The room is setup for your relaxation with smart TV with Netflix.

The cottage includes a country style kitchenette, with a breakfast table, small bar fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric induction small cooker and electric frypan, kettle, toaster and microwave. Outside of the living room you will have access to a private deck with outdoor table and WeberQ.

The house includes 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and one bathroom (the use of the second bedroom is available for booking of 3 or 4 people)

Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out.

Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

The space
The Fleurieu Cottage retains the ambience of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences.

The small cottage has a comfortable lounge room with an eco-smart fire perfect for settling beside with a good glass of red and a book.

The queen sized bedroom has reverse-cycle air conditioning and shelving to store your clothing.

You can enjoy a soak in the large bath tub in the en-suite bathroom, or a separate shower is available if you prefer.

Finally, the kitchenette has a microwave, stove top, kettle, toaster, and a small fridge to prepare meals should you wish to stay in. There is also the outdoor private garden where you can enjoy a bite or a drink.

Entry is through the private garden courtyard, and parking is adjacent to the entrance.

As you step through the front door of historic Cole-Brook Cottage, you will be drawn to the classic features that have been carefully crafted and maintained over time. With its stone walls, high ceilings, flagstone slate floors, leadlight doors and windows, Cole-Brook Cottage brings the authentic charm of the past to the present day.

The cottage includes 2 high ceiling bedrooms, both with queen beds, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. A second bathroom is available near the living area (the second bedroom and second bathroom are only available for booking of 3 or 4 people).

The living/dining room is setup for your relaxation with wood heater, smart TV with Netflix (be advise that the TV has a limited channel list). You will fall in love with the fully refurbished country style kitchen, which includes a Smeg Victorian freestanding cooker, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. You will have full access to a large private veranda located just outside the kitchen and also a small pergola where you can find the BBQ.

Outside, the expansive gardens are a joy to behold with slate paths which meander through the front garden. At the rear of the cottage a large Golden Elm provides the yard with shade while the in-ground solar heated pool is the place to be on a summer day.

Guests have access to the entire cottage which features a beautifully renovated kitchen, dream bathroom, 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and two single bunks) and stunning outdoor entertaining area.

Beautiful in summer and cosy in winter, the perfect romantic escape, couples getaway or holiday with family and friends. Spend your days exploring world renowned wineries and sourcing local produce to cook on the indoor or outdoor kitchen, and enjoy by the open fire.

The outdoor kitchen has a gas bbq with rotisserie, induction cooktop and 10 seater outdoor dining, all by the beautiful open fireplace and cosy couches. The entire outdoor entertaining area can be enclosed with electric outdoor blinds to keep you warm and cosy all year round!

Tv's in the lounge and Master bedroom both have Netflix provided for chill nights in aswell as free to air tv's in the bunk bedroom and outdoor area.

Split system airconditioning in the main house will keep you warm or cool year round (if you're not using the fire!) with ceiling fans and built ins in all three bedrooms.

Freshly cleaned linens, towels and some firewood is provided for your stay.

The 2 bedroom self-contained cottage sits secluded on a 10-acre property that is being slowly restored to native bushland. The owners have begun to 'rewild' the natural habitat by clearing introduced species and revegetating with indigenous plants, encouraging native birds and fauna to the area, providing a natural wildlife corridor, as well as helping combat climate change and biodiversity loss. Watch out for local koalas, kangaroos, and gorgeous Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos!

• The Station House is one of two historic cottages on the property. It’s the one-bedroom home at the front.

• Our other cottage, Sage, is a private two-bedroom home tucked behind The Station House. Both are fully self-contained and thoughtfully designed for privacy.
If you're planning a wedding or group stay, both homes can be booked together. You’ll find Sage listed in our profile.

• The Station House is an original 100-year-old railway worker’s cottage. It’s been lovingly renovated to retain its natural charm, so you may notice a few rustic quirks that make it feel truly unique.

• While this cottage doesn’t have a backyard, it does include a front deck overlooking the garden. If a larger outdoor space is important to you, Sage may be a better fit.

• Guests staying at Sage will pass The Station House via a shared walkway to access their cottage, but both homes have their own entrances and remain fully private.

• The driveway is shared between both cottages. Please refer to our welcome guide for parking instructions so both guests can come and go easily.

• Our street is quiet, with plenty of free street parking available right out front for extra vehicles.

With two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), an open-plan layout, and large windows that draw the outside in, this is a place to rest, reconnect and recharge. Just steps from the Main Street and Shiraz Trail.

This two-bedroom cottage was built by McLaren Vale stonemasons and is now a thoughtfully restored stay designed for couples, small families, bridal parties or close friends. It’s comfortable, elegant, and quietly full of charm, with an open-plan layout that makes time together feel effortless.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home is set up to suit different kinds of stays. If you’re booking for two, we offer a lower rate with just the main bedroom prepared. Everything else in the cottage is yours to enjoy, of course and if you’d like both bedrooms made up, just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the space. For bookings of three or more, both rooms will be available by default.

The living, dining and kitchen area opens up with large garden-facing windows that let the outside in. Light pours in from every angle, and the freestanding gas fireplace makes it a home you’ll want to sink into, no matter the season.

Outside, the garden is full of life. The Shiraz Trail starts just beyond the cottage, and the cafés, wine bars and food favourites of McLaren Vale’s Main Street are a 30-second walk from the front door.

There’s a reason guests say Sage is a feeling that needs to be felt. It’s more than a cottage, it’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.

• To offer the best value for smaller groups, pricing is based on the number of guests. For bookings of two, the second bedroom will remain closed, which allows us to reduce costs by only servicing one room with our linen team.
If you’d like both bedrooms set up, please let us know in advance and we’ll happily organise this before your stay.

• Sage is one of two historic homes on the property. It’s the larger home, tucked privately behind our smaller one-bedroom cottage, The Station House. Both homes are fully self-contained and have their own private entrances and outdoor areas.

• Guests at The Station House use a shared driveway to access their front cottage. We kindly ask everyone to be mindful when parking, and detailed info will be included in your welcome guide.

• The Station House (our one-bedroom cottage) is also available for bookings and can be combined with Sage for wedding or group stays. You can find it listed under ‘other properties’ on our profile.

The space
Outdoor infrared sauna, Two spacious bedrooms with comfy pillow top queen beds, ceiling fans, panel heating and hanging space, a cosy sunroom for lounging or can be set into a queen sofa bed when five or six guests are booked. Split system cooling and heating in main living room. High Speed WIFI, and two smart TV 's with netflix and all popular apps.

Newly renovated luxury bathroom with deep bath. Body soap, freshly laundered linen and towels are provided. Additional 2nd toilet and laundry with washing machine & detergent provided free for guest to use.

Fully equipped kitchen and dining sets. Tea, coffee, pantry with basic condiments, coffee pod machine with pods provided. Private outdoor area with BBQ, outdoor dining area and lawn games with a spacious backyard.

Willow is located walking distance to the main street of McLaren Vale only 300m from I am Sam cafe and Sabella cellar door, other popular restaurants, shopping and two supermarkets. You are in the most ideal location with multiple wineries including the iconic d'Arenberg cube, Mitolo, Down the Rabbit Hole, Never Never Distillery Co, Maxwell wines just to name a few, less than 5 minute drive away or quick Uber ride. Enjoy beach activities close by with Maslins & Moana beach a short 7km away or the iconic Port Willunga beach and Aldinga beach only 10min drive, the area also offers spectacular hiking and rock climbing you can access Onkaparinga Gorge and Kuipto Forest tree climb within a 15 min drive. E-Bike hire is also available locally at the Visitor Information Centre and Red poles winery.

Restored 1930's cottage in the heart of beautiful McLaren Vale. A short stroll to stunning main street, cafes, wineries (Serafino Wines, Oxenberry Farm and 'Sam I am' cafe all within 5 minutes walk) and much more. Only a 10 min drive to picturesque beaches. Perfect for families or couples. The home has space to relax and unwind with a glass of your favorite wine.

The space
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and quality linen.

The bathrooms are new with brushed brass features and luxurious fixtures including a large bath and rain shower heads.

The living room is comfortable and cosy with a leather lounge and large 55inch smart television with a sound bar to create the right mood. You will also have access to the high speed WIFI and Netflix.

We also have a box full of board games for the kids and young at heart. We also have a portacot available on request.

The kitchen has a fun emerald green splashback and a large fridge and dual fuel oven (900mm) - and importantly there is a coffee machine!

The outdoor space has a comfortable 6 person table, grassed area and a wine barrel with umbrella out the front with 4 stools.

Other things to note
If you are planning on using the portacot please advise so we can ensure the portacot sheet is provided.

We have a dedicated work space in one of the front bedrooms. It is an electric/adjustable stand up desk.

The house is dog friendly however - please check the yard is 100% secure for your pet (there is a fence/gates however there are some gaps). We recommend you assess the yard based on your pets size and agility.

Please note there are pedestal fans and a small oil heater in each bedroom and an air-conditioner in the main kitchen/living space.

There are some great local beaches. Maslin Beach (the city end is dog friendly for your pets (note the other far end is a nudist beach). The central part is standard beach. There are also a number of stunning beaches around (Port Willunga, Moana, Aldinga). You can take your 4wd on at Aldinga. If you are looking for more surf beaches you can head to the South Coast for a day trip (I.e. Goolwa, Middleton).

Olive & Oak is a home built for gathering.

Originally a 1940s cottage, it’s been lovingly restored to hold onto its character while making room for connection, comfort and a little magic. You’ll find textured walls, a real wood free standing fireplace, thoughtful touches and sunlight pouring through double doors that open into the garden.

With four bedrooms and a huge 60sqm lounge and dining area, the house offers space to stretch out - whether you're getting ready for a wedding, spending time with family, or hosting a long weekend with friends.

The open-plan living area brings everyone together, while each bedroom offers a peaceful place to retreat. Outside, the garden becomes its own adventure: pick fruit from the trees if they’re in season, wander through the fern-filled greenspace, or slip into the outdoor heated bath as the sun goes down.

Nestled in the heart of wine country, this group oasis offers a peaceful setting that combines spacious interiors with fantastic alfresco entertaining, including a fire pit and BBQ, plus free access to a public mini golf (putt putt) course right on site. Visit McLaren Vale’s renowned cellar doors such Shingleback, within walking distance, and d’Arenberg, Mitolo and Oliver’s Taranga all close by; or drive to the Willunga Farmers Market, held each Saturday, and stock up on fresh local produce.

The space
Home to the local native plant specialist, McLaren Vale Natives, this property offers a private and relaxing retreat for groups and families, completely secluded from the nursery. Set among sprawling, leafy gardens, it encapsulates indoor-outdoor living with a full-length verandah at the front, fire pit for roasting marshmallows at nightfall and a BBQ for cooking up a feast.

Enter to find open plan living and dining. There’s a large timber table for groups to gather and enjoy a shared meal at home and a leather lounge to get cosy in front of the TV. A fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen features a butlers’ pantry and a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning. Travelling with infants? A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request.

The property comes with four bedrooms, each beautifully appointed for your stay with access to the wraparound verandah and central heating and cooling to keep things comfortable. The queen-sized master suite highlights a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a generous shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-sized bed, while bedrooms three and four each offer a double bed. The large main bathroom has both a bathtub and shower to feel refreshed, along with a separate toilet. Guests will also have access to an internal laundry adding to your everyday convenience.

Ample parking is provided on site.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourself. Guests can also enjoy access to the property's public mini golf (putt putt) course and browse the plants at McLaren Vale Natives for purchase. Please make yourself at home!
