The newest part of Terra Firma is the Explorers’ Cabin. We wanted this place to embrace the spirit of adventure, as well as the sense of calm you feel when you have ‘arrived’.
Added in 2008, the Cabin was conceived as a stand-alone place, where you can find the peace, privacy & pampering that you desire… & a telescope and compass, should your ‘inner explorer’ decide to emerge!
The space
The air conditioned two bedroom wood cabin comfortably sleeps two couples. The cabin has two storey decking from which you can take in the vineyard views.
Inside you can enjoy our corner spa bathroom with separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend (or week) away.
With the peace of a rural block, it is conveniently located within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and cellar doors on the Main Street of Mclaren Vale. Other wineries, beaches and local attractions are only a short drive away.
Guest access
Guests staying in the Explorers' Cabin have exclusive use of the two storey self-contained log cabin.
Guests will be notified of the entry code details on the day of arrival. We ask guests to let themselves in and make themselves at home.
Other things to note
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am unless otherwise arranged.
One vehicle can be parked directly in front of the cottage a few paces from the front door. Additional vehicles can be accommodated but please enquire about parking.
