The new pool is perfect for warm days, 3x3m, lounges, bean bags and an umbrella. Move from there to the back patio where there is an outdoor kitchen, or set up a grazing platter on the wide front porch and watch the birdlife. There are so many spaces to relax. There is a firepit for the cooler months (noting there are summer time restrictions, please check before using).

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped, with an island bench, dining table and outside, a full BBQ and bar fridge.

Smart TVs are in the master bedroom and dedicated office space, with a smart tv and soundbar in the lounge.

Relax out on the wide front porch and watch the local swans and birdlife drift by.

There is an outdoor kitchen with a hood and wok and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The back patio also has an electric heater, with one at the front too, to watch the river with your favourite brew. (Note: there is a Bromic gas heater that comes with whatever gas is left. You are welcome to swap at Bunnings, and for extended stays (3+ nights), we will reimburse one gas bottle. It is a nice-to-have, but not something we fund 100% as it can go through a lot of gas if used excessively. The outdoor kitchen has a gas bottle which must not be used for the heater. If you are coming with young children, you are responsible for any marks or mess.
