Enerby Farm Cottage is situated in the old Barossa Goldfields. On approximately 10 acres, the cottage is part of other historic farm buildings which make up this unique collection of early Australian farming.
Enjoy two bedrooms, both with brass/iron queen size beds and furnished with a country cottage feel. The living area has a galley kitchen with full size stove and oven, microwave and most kitchen items one would need. There is a two seater sofa and a two and a half seater sofa bed and it is here you can enjoy the open fireplace on a cool evening or utilise the reverse cycle air-conditioning on a warmer night. TV, DVD and stereo system along with plenty of magazines to read and a few games to play. The bathroom has a separate large shower recess along with a step up two person spa bath. French doors from the living area open onto a paved verandah where you could relax and read a book, chat over the days events or just take in the valley views.
With full breakfast provisions you will receive bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, choice of three cereals, orange juice, milk, fresh bread and a selection of jams and spreads, plus a selection of tea and coffee.

This is one of Adelaide's few absolute-beach-front properties. It is intimate beach side living with great sea views from the main bedroom, the dining/living area and the deck.
All you will hear when you wake up is the sound of surf and seagulls. There is "no short walk to the beach". Neither is there a road between you and the dunes. This hidden gem is right on the beach and just 20 minutes from the CBD.
The two bedrooms can sleep up to six people. It has new furniture throughout and bathrooms located upstairs and downstairs.
The property is located between cosmopolitan Henley Square, historic Semaphore and has easy access to Westfield Shopping Centre.

Built in 1881 in historical Church Hill, with modern amenities, the Courthouse is centrally located in Gawler, yet quiet, offering a unique, self-contained accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley, Gawler main street and shops. The Studio is at the front of this majestic building and is completely private. Originally the Witness Waiting Room , Entrance Foyer, Hallway, and WCs, the Studio is cosy and well equipped with initial breakfast supplies in the kitchenette/laundry, superb rain shower, fast internet and Netflix.

Located in a cul de Sac, very safe and quiet neighborhood, we do ask you respect the neighbors and turn down music by 10.30pm.
Please do not climb on the sand dunes or over the fence out the front. Beach access if 10 metres to the right of the unit. Point Malcolm reserve is a 10 minute walk and has basketball court, tennis courts, playground, bbq facilities, Semaphore Surf club is open for meals on Thursday and Friday night and is on the base of the reserve. Open for drinks on Saturday and Sunday from 4-7pm.
Getting Around:
bus access is from Military Road a 3 minute walk and takes you to West Lakes then onto the CBD.

Located in Semaphore Park, a beautiful beachside suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, Semaphore Sunset offers the perfect location to relax, chill out, enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail as you watch the spectacular sunset over the ocean.
This two bedroom ground floor apartment, with the beach on your doorstep, can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. There is no road in front, just lawn, sand dunes and the beautiful beach, ensuring unrestricted, spectacular ocean vistas, stunning evening sunsets, and that much desired peace and serenity.
The living area has a full width sliding glass door, which leads directly out to the front private outdoor patio with 6 seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The outdoor patio offers privacy with solid walls either side, is bordered by garden and in front of this is a large lawn area. Walk from the edge of the lawn, onto the sand dunes and the beautiful, white sandy beach awaits! The beach is a very clean and safe swimming beach.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with white porcelain tiled flooring. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, bar stools and a 6 seater dining table with stylish white leather chairs.
The comfy 5 seater white leather lounge with ottoman and large floor rug, is the perfect spot to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by. Theres a 32inch Sony LCD TV and Sony Ipod dock and DVD player as well as a book case of books and magazines. Free wi-fi is also provided.

A 40 minute walk (4.5km drive) will take you to Grange, which offers a great spot for breakfast or lunch at the Jetty cafe or Grange Hotel.

PETS
Pets are not permitted by the Strata Corporation; therefore Guests are strictly NOT permitted to bring their pets to stay inside the apartment, on the outside patio or anywhere on the gardens/grounds.
NO PARTY POLICY
Semaphore Sunset is a privately owned property. When an accommodation booking is made, the use of the apartment, outdoor patio, gardens and grounds is for the number of booked and paying guests ONLY. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Parties, functions, celebrations and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Off street parking next to the letter boxes is communal parking for all apartments - you can park in any of these spaces during your stay. One undercover parking space is available on request.

At Uleybury Equestrian Farm Stay we offer a unique experience in a barn studio equipped with modern comforts to ensure a sound sleep guaranteed. There is a catch, you will have a couple of curious four-legged neighbours to share with.
The property is situated in the foothills of the Mt Lofty Ranges and the studio is rustic, clean and comfortable and will suit adventurous couples or single travellers. The studio has a Queen bed and leather sofa and small kitchenette with microwave oven and fridge. There are no indoor cooking facilities; however, a Weber BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking. The shower block is located within a short walk from the studio.

The stairs in the centre of the complex are well lit, and easily accessible from secure rear car park with electric remote controlled gates and front. Host can meet guests on arrival. If arriving at odd hours, key will be in lock box by front door. As unit is self contained, I won't contact guests during their stay unless they contact me with a query or problem.
Please ask me if you require a later checkout. It should not be an issue if there is no new booking on the same day of your departure.
It is important that the apartment is kept clean and tidy. Additionally, please be respectful of your neighbours.

Under cover car parking for 1 car, main bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area with smart TV, free wifi. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting and there is an indoor dining setting also.
Guest Access:
Self check in with a lockbox at the entry for easy access, 2 sets of keys are provided one is for the gates at either side of the complex to access the beachfront. We recommend you leave one set in the box in case you lock yourselves out. On departure we please ask you lock the apartment, return the keys to the lockbox and scramble the code. We welcome 1-4 guests maximum, 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We leave initial supplies for each stay. We have a blow up paddle board and life jackets for use and we do please ask you wash and dry them after each use, these are located in the main bedroom wardrobe.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet location access to the beach is a 3 minute walk from the side gate, please do not climb over the dunes. Quiet unit complex in a cul de sac and no road in front just the beautiful ocean. Thai restaurant that offers take away or dine in options a 5 minute walk away on Military Road, there is a hairdresser and massage therapist also in the block of shops. Pt Malcolm reserve is a 5 minute walk along the beach path. The reserve has 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, BBQ's, undercover seating, large oval to play games and fitness equipment.
Getting Around:
bus stop a short walk to Military Road outside block of shops takes you to West Lakes shopping complex approximately a 10 minute ride and there is a bus that goes to Adelaide CBD approximately 35 minute ride. Walking path all the way to Point Malcolm reserve 10 minutes stroll that has bbq facilities, playground, tennis courts and basketball court. 15 minute walk is the Semaphore Surf club open for dinner Thursday and Friday nights and for drinks only on their deck on Saturday and Sundays from 4-7pm. Semaphore Road is approximately a 30 minute walk and in the other direction you can walk to Grange a 5m walk or Henley Beach a 7km walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please be respectful of your neighbors at the complex and please lower noise levels by 10.30pm. No parties allowed at the complex. there is a gate key on site for both side gates please lock them behind you and use the key whilst staying at the property.

Welcome to the cozy Beach Home in a Victorian cottage. It is a stylish holiday home with complete facilities and located on a quiet street with friendly neighborhoods. Just several minutes walking to the beach, only a short stroll from Largs Bay Jetty. A few minutes drive to Semaphore, Port Adelaide, Outer Harbour. The bus and train station to Adelaide city are located within walking distance, making this an ideal location for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable holiday home.
The Space:
The Beach Home is in the front of a house totally separated from the back. You have your own independent front yard.
There are two bedrooms, one lounge, one bathroom, and one living area with a kitchen and dining.
The two bedrooms are fully finished with queen-sized beds and soft freshly laundered linen. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own food, and there is a dining table with 6 seats. The lounge has a fireplace and 70-inch Netflix TV a recliner couch and a sofa bed of a full-size single bed.
Perfect for staying with family or a group of friends.
Additionally, there are baby items like a full-size cot, child-dining chair, and bathtub in the home. Complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, and more are provided. there are comfortable seats and swings outdoors for relaxation.
Start your day with a nice cup of coffee on the front porch, feeling the fresh sea breeze. Swim in the sea or just relax on the beach, soaking up the sun. Watch folks fishing and crabbing on the jetty. In the evening, stroll along the beach, and enjoy a stunning sunset over the sea.

There is free street parking at the front of the house. Please do not parking on the driveway. Thanks for your understanding.
The Neighborhood:
Largs North is bounded to the north by the suburb of Taperoo at Strathfield Terrace, to the south by the suburb of Largs Bay at Walcot and Warwick Streets and in the west and east by Gulf St Vincent and the suburb of Port Adelaide with the boundary in the middle of the Port River respectively.

Train station and bus stop are all nearby. 200m to bus station and 400m to train station. It takes 30 mins to Adelaide CBD by train.

Baby Equipment: A Cot and a high chair are available in the property for free.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Barossa Pavilions is a truly unique, adults-only, luxury accommodation retreat!
With panoramic views over expansive vineyards, rural landscapes and rolling hills of the Barossa Ranges, you won't want to leave.
Although seclusion is gauranteed within a private gated 75 acre hillside property, the location is also convenient to many of the Barossa Valley food, wine and nature attractions. We're only a 5-minute drive from the cute town of Lyndoch, or 10 minutes from the central town of Tanunda where you can find a supermarket and a range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
You'll have one of our Sky Pavilions entirely to yourselves, with electric blinds to open and watch the sunrise while lazing in your King size bed. There's a separate lounge/dining/kitchen area, as well as a full bathroom with all towels/linen supplied as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash from our local luxury soap-maker Vasse Virgin. You also have a separate spa bath next to the bedroom where you can have a relaxing soak and take in the views.
We provide a generous hamper of local produce upon arrival, which you can cook in the full kitchen, or use the BBQ on the deck. Or there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the Barossa to sample!

EBBTIDE is situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac at the rear of the Tiddy Widdy shack community just 3kms north of Ardrossan, Yorke Peninsula.
A classic beach shack with three bedrooms (2 x queen and 1 x 2 singles), dishwasher, washing machine, new kitchen, bathroom and toilet September 2021. Huge secure undercover carport (will fit boat and car) and fully fenced rear yard. Pet friendly inside and outside.
Ebbtide is ideal for a family holiday or couples getaway. The kitchen, dining and lounge room area is open plan and fully tiled with enough seating for a group of 6 at the dining table and in the lounge.
Sit back on the front deck/veranda overlooking the cottage garden and take in the distant views of the Ardrossan jetty and Black Point.
The front yard has off-street parking for 4 vehicles and a circular drive-through for your car and boat.
The enclosed rear veranda is a great area for children and pets to relax and play safely.

Great dog walking along off-lead beaches with shallow tidal pools exposed at low tide – it feels like you can walk along beachcombing for hours without seeing another soul.
