Although CeeViews is a older style property on the outside, it is a very pleasant surprise once you step inside, with the interior completely renovated into a modern 2 bedroom unit with views looking straight out to sea. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit is fully self-contained and offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Reverse cycle heating/cooling, a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge, microwave, electric cook top and oven. Stunning views from loungeroom, kitchen/dining area and main bedroom. Come and stay, you'll never want to leave! There is a garage, and a large back yard, which is suitable for boats and trailers. Portland is known for its tuna fishing and whale watching. Whales visit our bay in May through to October. If you are lucky, you don't even have to leave CeeViews to see the whales! Portland also has a busy Port. Sitting in the loungroom or out on the front decking, you can watch the tugs bring in the ships, we even have visiting criuse ships in February. There is always something happening in the bay.....

Locality

Portland is Victoria's first permanent settlement, there are beautiful beaches in town and also out at Bridgewater where the Portland Surf Life Saving Club patrol each weekend and Public Holiday from November through to Easter. The Vintage Car Museum, The Water Tower, The Cable tram are just some of the attractions of this sleepy little town. If you are into walking there are many spots around Portland, including The Great South West Walk. Fabulous cafes and restaurants, what more could you want!

This house has been a home for over 150 years, and is ready for the next 150. It will comfortably look after 1-8 people, in all weathers, and all seasons.

There are two fire places and many couches. This is a place for those who like a fire and a good book.

A long sunroom overlooks the lake at one end, and looks over to the Bridgewater Caves at the other. This is a place for watching the earth turn and the day unfold.

Two contemporary bathrooms and simple laundry facilities take care of all domestic needs. The kitchen is generous in size and outlook you can be cooking up a storm while watching one blow over from the bay.

From the door, walking trails lead through the garden, up the hills, around the lake or beyond to the coastal and national parks in the area. There are safe beaches, surf beaches and dramatic cliff top walks for the more adventurous. This is a place where wildness is accessible.

At each days end, four solid stone walls and new beds will ensure that sleep is sound. This is a place to re-connect with the natural world, breathe deeply and recharge the batteries.

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on 5 August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction.

The inside restoration of the Church is a revelation.
Remnants of the old Church still feature; the wooden staircase to the pulpit, white monastic walls, local hardwood polished floor boards and ceilings of Oregon beams and kauri, even some of the pews have been used. The free standing wood fire is positioned centrally in the main living area and emits a warm glow heating the inside of the church on those cold winter nights. The rural views are spectacular too; roaming hills, cattle, green grass and bushland. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen also has ocean views and is fully equipped and fitted with all new appliances including a dishwasher, stove, oven, full fridge/freezer and a microwave. The two bedrooms contain queen beds, and a TV in each room. The bathroom has a shower, and double vanity unit and the toilet is located separately. The Talisman has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Talisman is located in Portland on Hanlon Parade, it is very close to the heart of town. A fifteen minute walk along the scenic clifftop will take you to the Restaurants, fishing hub and our beautiful beach. A Weber BBQ is supplied to enjoy an outdoor meal on Talisman's beautiful deck overlooking the ocean.

Portland is a great place for the adventurers! it boasts one of the most sort after blue fin tuna fishing spots in the world. Surrounded by natures wonders, experiences like the Gannet Colony and Enchanted Forest Walk are only minutes away. A short drive will take you to breath-taking Bridgewater bay where you can enjoy a meal at the café and then head out to the Fur Seal Colony or the Bridgewater lakes.

Beautifully located opposite the beach at Cape Bridgewater with panoramic views of the ocean and capes. The beach offers excellent swimming, fishing, surfing and long scenic walks. Portland Surf Lifesaving club patrol the swimming beach during weekends and public holidays. Launching of boats with 4 WD vehicles off the beach is possible, subject to weather and beach conditions. Historic Portland city is 18 kms away.
The Lodge is about 200 metres from the popular award winning cafe/coffee kiosk. Popular with locals and visitors alike.
Seals by the Sea tours operate in this bay; bookings are recommended.
The 3 bedroom home provides a bathroom plus separate shower room and 2 separate toilets. Amenities include 2 split system air conditioners, ceiling fan, electric cooking , microwave, large 2 door fridge plus a drink fridge.

This 1970's elevated, retro holiday home is a wonderful mix of homely accommodation and stunning water views from the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms. Two sides of the house have floor-to-ceiling windows so the changes in the weather make visitors feel part of nature. At night, the lights of the wharf and the town of Portland shine in the windows and the quiet street makes you feel relaxed when you wake up to a sunrise over Portland Bay.
It is great to cook in this functional kitchen with good bench space flowing into an open living area. The view here extends to Cape Bridgewater 25 km away. The 2 bedrooms have great water views and queen-sized beds for a total of 4 guests .
At the end of the street, just 6 houses down, there is a picturesque 200 step walkway leading down to the beach for lovers of fishing, swimming, ocean strolls and a dog-friendly beach.
Downstairs, there is a gas BBQ, gas heater and table setting, with a second toilet, and adjacent is the separate garage in the rear yard set up with a pool table, table tennis and a pot belly heater.
The wide driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles or boats, and there is an additional parking space out front, so there is no need to move the Kingswood to get the Ford out. This street location ensures very little traffic so manoeuvring boats out is an easy task. The boat ramp is a leisurely 5-minute drive. as is the Main Street in town.
The rear yard is fenced and gated, and suitable for children and dogs alike.
