We are aiming to make the studio as sustainable as possible. It is powered by solar panels and a battery; the hot water service and air conditioner are both energy efficient heat pumps; and we minimise the waste going to landfill by recycling and composting.

The accommodation is popular, with 200+ stays since we started hosting 3 years ago, with our guests recognising that we value their experience. They enjoy the "vibe" of the space and describe it as "restful", "restorative", "airy", "leafy", and "tucked away, yet central to beach and shops".

The studio is fully self-contained, open plan, freshly painted throughout and is light and spacious. It consists of:
- one bedroom with a queen bed (with electric blanket) and also a comfortable fold out double sofa bed (located in the living area).
- a fully equipped kitchen (full sized fridge/freezer, free standing cooktop/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans, crockery, plates and a variety of tea, coffee and breakfast provisions).
- lounge/dining area (featuring a lovely, cosy freestanding gas fireplace and comfortable sofa, perfect for reclining on while you watch Netflix, leaf through a magazine or have an afternoon nap)
-private, roomy bathroom/laundry (supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a heater, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, washing machine and trough, and clothes/wetsuits can be dried on a clothes airer or shared washing line).

Parkers Getaway is a charming 2-bedroom home with ample space for the entire family spread out over two levels. Soak up the sun in the rear yard or on one the multiple decks or cosy up around the indoor fire on those cold winter nights.

On the ground floor you enter the home via the front patio into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of seating is available on couches and around the dining table whilst the kitchen has plenty of prep space and modern appliances including dishwasher.
The bathroom and laundry are also on the ground floor. The bathroom has large vanity and 900 x 900 shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

Sleeping downstairs, you have the master bedroom with Queen and comfortable queen sized sofa bed.

Upstairs is open plan and consists of another queen bed and 2 x singles. You also have access to the large exterior upper deck.

Entertaining outside is available all year with the large undercover deck and huge enclosed rear yard. Plenty of room for your furry friend and children to burn off any excess energy after a day at the beach. YES Pets are welcome. The kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven/microwave. Outside, there is a seating area, an Electric BBQ for use stored in the Pantry. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough.

The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish.

Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children.

Boasting a welcoming & rustic vibe with its bluestone bricks, large timber beams and a wood fire, whilst also providing some modern comfort with the fully functional kitchen, two lovely bathrooms (one doubles as a laundry), comfy beds, smart TV`s, split system heating/cooling throughout.

This cottage is situated on over four acres in one of Ocean Groves most sought after locations and backs on to the Ocean Grove nature reserve. It`s so delightfully peaceful and enjoyable to relax amongst the gum trees and wake up to the sounds of the local bird life!

The two-storey floorplan sleeps four people with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, open plan living plus an extra bathroom downstairs. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, smart TVS and split system heating and cooling.
You will have everything you could need for a short stay or extended visit with a full kitchen, laundry facilities and a sun-soaked verandah for endless hours of relaxation.
All this is only moments from the vibrant centre of town while beaches, restaurants, cafes and amenities are all at your fingertips. You can get out and explore the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula and the Barwon River or stay home with a good book and cuddle up in front of the fire!

Just a few important notes:

- Each bedroom has 1 x queen size bed, TV, split system heating and cooling, hanging space/drawers for clothes. one room has a full length mirror.
-Dogs are welcome on request but please be aware that the area is not enclosed, so really not suitable for puppies or dogs that are likely to go wandering!
- Because of the stairs, we feel that this property is not suited to infants or young children
- Strictly no parties and noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am
- Please no shoes to be worn inside
- Unfortunately at this time the swimming pool and tennis court cannot be used by guests, but please feel free to wander through the beautiful gardens and enjoy everything else this lovely property offers
- Quality linen and towels are provided, please BYO beach towels.
- Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am however where we can, we would love to extend the times so that our guests can make the most of their weekend/visit. Please reach out and see if this is available for your stay.

Guests have access to the whole villa. This property has a main house, the villa is situated behind the main house but is completely separate and private.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

COOKING: cooking of curries or other strong foods in this home will incur a $450 deep
Cleaning fee due to the intense cleaning required to remove smells between short term stay guests.

THIS PROPERTY DOES ACCEPT PETS- the rear yard is fully enclosed, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. No Pets inside the home apart from the garage for sleeping and must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended or go upstairs at all , to protect the polished floorboards. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, extra cleaning charges if there is evidence of a pet inside the home or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

There are queen beds in both bedrooms, the master with ensuite, the second bedroom is opposite the main bathroom. THIS PROPERTY DOES ACCEPT PETS- the rear yard is fully enclosed, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. No Pets inside the home apart from the garage for sleeping and must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended or go upstairs at all , to protect the polished floorboards. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, extra cleaning charges if there is evidence of a pet inside the home or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

COOKING: cooking of curries or other strong foods in this home will incur a $450 deep

THIS PROPERTY DOES ACCEPT PETS- the rear yard is fully enclosed, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. No Pets inside the home apart from the garage for sleeping and must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended or go upstairs at all , to protect the polished floorboards. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, extra cleaning charges if there is evidence of a pet inside the home or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

The townhouse has its own private entrance, and a backyard. The driveway is shared, so you might hear or see another car from time to time. You will be endeared by the wattle birds and the rainbow lorikeets in the front trees, and by how close they will let you get to them.

The townhouse is within a quiet complex. Not to worry if the beach is so busy that the carpark is full … it is so close that you can walk.

If you are seeking a place where you don’t see other people or hear any activity at all, this won’t be the place for you. We’re near all the facilities that you are wanting to visit, so you’ll see other people wandering along the street to the beach, and sometimes hear cars going about their business. If you want to be near the beach and the restaurants, you will be very pleased.

Similarly, if you prefer everything to be brand new and akin to a freshly-built display home, you might be happier elsewhere. We enjoy embracing some of the quirks and nostalgia of yesteryear while also ensuring lots of modern amenity to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient.

Note that the walk to “The Terrace” (main street for cafés and restaurants) is uphill in parts. If you prefer not to walk uphill, it is a very short drive to get there. The walk to “The Garage” café is not uphill in the same manner. It is reasonably flat.

This pocket of Ocean Grove is a residential area, and home to many lovely friendly and quiet people that have resided here a long time. It is generally very quiet. Like this property, there is the occasional holiday rental in the mix.

The property is very close to the beach and town centre. Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads host regular markets (and Barwon Heads weekly during peak season). There are vineyards nearby, and it is possible to hire surfboards and stand-up paddleboards. You can also seek lessons for these.

Ocean Grove is both a holiday destination and also residential suburb. Accordingly it has the facilities you would reasonably expect... doctors, dentists, supermarkets, pharmacies, specialty shops etc. There are also wineries and breweries.

There are three supermarkets in Ocean Grove - two of which are Woolworths and one of which is Coles. Nearby Barwon Heads has an IGA.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

COOKING: cooking of curries or other strong foods in this home will incur a $450 deep
Cleaning fee due to the intense cleaning required to remove smells between short term stay guests.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

This quirky townhouse is 1 block from the shops and cafes of Ocean Grove, and an easy walk to Ocean Grove Main Beach.
Within 30 minutes drive are the wineries of the Bellarine Peninsula, and a little further is the rugged Surfcoast and the Great Ocean Road.
NOTE: This townhouse has changed from a private room; to only available when the owners are away; however, there is always a contact person to assist you.

So, you get to use the entire house, other than one room - my office/healing space, which will be locked.
Only available when I am away, so I shall discuss arrangements with you before your arrival date.
I have a prearranged cleaner and co-host for any issues that may pop up, and also for everyone's peace of mind.

Other things to note
I have run 2 Air BnBs for over 15 years, in this area and in Bendigo ;and I've been a Superhost in both.

Freshly painted room with new ensuite, you will get a peaceful nights rest here. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, at the rear of my home, the room has it’s own private sunny deck and a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster so you can make your own breakfast or snacks, before heading off to the beach (5 mins drive/20 min walk) or to explore the lovely Bellarine Peninsula. You will be independent in this cosy space, but I’m not far away if you need help or advice.

The space
You will have private access to the room via the side path. The room is private and opens onto it’s own sunny deck with table and chairs. There is a comfortable double bed with electric blanket, crisp sheets, a selection of pillows and towels provided. There is also a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle, basic kitchen equipment, cutlery and plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. A selection of teas, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. Cooking is not permitted in the room. Please do not bring any hot plates etc. There is a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and take away options in Ocean Grove and the surrounding area.
There is no tv but with internet access you can get plenty of entertainment online.
The room is quite cosy and although it has an independent entrance, the room is still part of the house (although guests have no access to any other area of the house.)
I aim to live as quietly as possible while I have guests. There is a standard hollow core door separating the room from the rest of the house, so you might occasionally hear normal house noises like the shower or me walking around.
If you need to work during your stay, I can replace one of the bedside tables with a small desk. Please request when booking.

Guest access
You will have access to the room, ensuite and deck outside the room.
I'm sorry but there is no access to the kitchen or laundry.
You are welcome to use the washing line in the backyard.
For safety reasons guests are not allowed access to the pool area or to use the swimming pool.

During your stay
There will usually be someone in the main part of the house during your stay but the room is completely independent. Unless you need help with something there won’t be much interaction.

Other things to note
If you need an iron and ironing board, a heater or an extra fan, please ask and I can organise that for you. I can also provide a small desk if you need to work during your stay. Please request when booking so I can set this up for you.

Hosting is a delight to me. My home is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. In regards to Covid 19, I am making all the necessary cleaning and safety changes to keep us all safe and ask that you do the same. Saying that, all people are welcome without prejudice.
Your stay is conveniently located close to some well-know favourite restaurants:, including Oakdene' winery and fine dining/ Mr Grubb cafe, 'The Mex' Mexican food a 13 minute walk away. We also have within walking distance a supermarket, pizza take away, chemist and much more.
If you are working during your stay we have an office equipment supplies shop in town and there is a small work desk in your room and unlimited wifi.
There are many tourist attractions including, beautiful beaches, Adventure water park, many quality vineyards, good shopping, nearby towns offer car/ passenger ferries to Sorrento or Docklands or perhaps you prefer a healthy run or walk on one of our beautiful beaches:
You have many options to either relax on the outside deck with a good book, exercise at the nearby gym, take a yoga class, sight see or enjoy some time at the beach.
On occasion I work from home in my downstairs office but when I'm free would love to offer suggestions or answer your questions about our beautiful region to help you enjoy your stay.

When I am available for a chat, I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have. I am happy to recommend local attractions etc.

Other things to note
We require a 2 night minimum stay. If during your stay you wish to eat at home, the bedroom is a food and hot beverage free zone, water bottles are fine. We have a lovely outdoor area with large umbrella or a large kitchen table which you are welcome to use. Many thanks and I look forward to welcoming you.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake.
The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track.

Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake.
It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry,
no early check ins.☺️

The space
The apartment comprises of
- a bedroom which overlooks the lake, with queen size bed, ceiling fan and plenty of storage.
- A spacious living room with reclining couch, dining table and chairs, large flat screen, smart tv and split system air conditioning providing heating and cooling. This directly overlooks the garden and lake too.
- The kitchenette is part of the living space providing a large fridge freezer, microwave, sink , small appliances, crockery and cutlery. There is an electric BBQ under the alfresco for cooking. There are no hot plates or oven.
There is to be no cooking inside as there a smoke alarm over the bench.
- A modern, spacious ensuite is directly off the bedroom with large walk in, waterfall shower, (which many guests make positive comments on) vanity and toilet.
- There is a bbq and outdoor table and chairs for your use, under the alfresco.
- Quality linen, bedding and towels are provided.
Please note, there is no smoking inside the unit or under the alfresco area.

Guest access
Upon arrival at "The Lake House" you will have free parking on the street.
There is a sloping path down the side of the house which you use to access your unit.
Kerrie lives upstairs but your space is generally private, except for the occasional time Kerrie may use the access gate to the lake through the garden.

Other things to note
Kerrie lives above the apartment but will make every effort to be quiet and not intrude on your stay. At times you may hear their grand children but this will only be for a short time .
If you want any information regarding your accommodation or dining out, Kerrie is happy to answer any questions .
There is also a dining guide included in the listing and in a manual on the table in your unit .
There is a cat, Lucy who sometimes enjoys the sunshine out the front of your accommodation. If you don't like cats, give him a shoo, otherwise he enjoys a pat from our guests.
Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided for your use.

In order to abide by covid cleaning protocols there will be no early check in or check out at this time.

Don and Kerrie make sure the unit is meticulously cleaned after all guests.

Located under the main house you find a light and spacious self contained studio apartment with private entrance. Providing a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area with large chair and double couch, a kitchenette with Nespresso machine, microwave and induction plate. A beautiful bathroom and shared use of laundry. Sliding doors to the garden.
Walking distance to beach, shopping centre, aquatic centre. Ocean Grove centre 2.5 km and close to wineries and other local attractions.

The space
The apartment is newly build and beautifully finished. It is located under the main house and offers a private entrance.
You will be sharing the laundry and garden with us. Your refridgerator will be in the laundry which is adjacent to your apartment.
The space is suitable for two people. Sorry, we can not accommodate additional guests.

Guest access
You will have private access through the back sliding doors via the garden.

Other things to note
We have recently re-build our house and are still finishing the landscaping of our garden. This won't have an impact on guests directly, but the garden won't be as pretty as we would like it to be.

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher and with prior notice I am very happy to facilitate a private yoga session during your stay. The cost will be $50 (for two people).
