Lovely 2 bedroom house located in a quiet court opposite Phillip Island Golf Club (two minute walk). Silverleaves beach & Silverleaves General Store & Cafe (great coffee) is only a five minute walk away. There's a tranquil wetlands with two small lakes at the end of the street which are lovely for walks or watching the natural bird life.
The house is light & bright, the kitchen is centrally located overlooking the dining and lounge areas and has twin sliding doors to a large relaxing patio..
There are two Bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed, they share a bathroom in between.
There is air-conditioning and heating located in the living rooms (and fans & heaters in each bedroom). There's a sun room with double sliding doors which is great for a place to escape. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and crockery you'll need and a nespresso machine with pods.
Towels and linen are included.
Cowes main street is only a two minute drive for picking up any groceries and there's many restaurants along the street. Located on picturesque farm property two and half kilometres from Cowes central. Rural views of the property. Cabin is an open room which includes bathroom, kitchenette, couch, tv, double and single bed. Your stay on the property is a sea change and tree change all in one.
The property is used for horse agistment and also has boarding kennels/cattery on site. Agistment and pets allowed on negotiation.

This early 1900's cottage has been charmingly restored with stunning features though-out. The Green Room has been decorated with a French Provincial theme and offers twin share accommodation. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing experience on Phillip Island. Plover's Rest is close to Cowes Northern beaches, a short drive to the famous Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre, and a nice walk to the township of Cowes itself.
This is our 2nd room and the same friendly hospitality continues.

The space
The bedroom is yours for your stay, but also, we welcome you to use our lounge and gardens, if the weather is clement enough, as well as all the normal amenities, kitchen etc.

Within walking distance to the beach and short drive to the township and attractions my accomodation is suitable for singles or couples.
Guests have own entrance and exclusive use of all listed areas.

Surronded by beautiful swimming beaches and walking tracks this area of Cowes is a great place to stay for a relaxing and fun holiday.

Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The space
Parking for your car is off street, in the main driveway, at the front of house. Undercover secure parking for motorbikes if required. We do have another cabin in our backyard, which is totally separate from both the Bayside Bungalow and our house. The Bayside Bungalow is the blue bungalow at the rear of our property.
There is a large palm tree between the bungalow and the other cabin, along with screens and plants between the second cabin, so privacy is assured.

The little house set amongst lots of large trees. There are many birds, rabbits and occasionally echidnas.

No late checkout, you can ask but don't be offended when you get a no. (once in a blue moon you might get it)
Early check in I do allow where possible, again don't be offended if it can't be done, its usually up to circumstances.

The space
Our apartment consists of a main studio room, with queen bed, desk space, TV and a lounge area with two sofas, one of which can be used as a sofa bed. The lounge opens out onto a balcony with views of the sea below. Native birds may stop by to visit!

The second room has bunk beds, small dining table and a kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove top and all crockery available.

There is also a bathroom with a large spa bathtub and separate shower.

Your own private apartment located in "The Seagrove estate" is a beautiful and quiet location in Cowes.
Located just 10 minutes walk to the beaches and just across the road a beautiful lake. The street is quiet. You have your own car space.
We're only 200m walk to the Shuttle bus to take you to the GP track,
800m to the beach, shops and restaurants in Cowes.
10mins drive to Grand Prix track, Koala Conservation Centre, Penguin Parade and heaps more...

This is a comfortable, humble fully self contained 2 bedroom unit close to everything Phillip Island has to offer. This unit is set in a complex of 10 privately owned holiday units. The complex has an outdoor, solar heated in ground swimming pool, BBQ area and children's playground. Walking distance to the beach about 200 meters and about 350 meters to the main street full of restaurants, cafe's and shops. Listed price includes linen but bring your own towels!

The space
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with built in robes with a TV, and bedroom 2 has 2 sets of bunks . Sleeps 6 comfortably. There is an old porta cot available. Linen is provided just BYO tea towels, bath mat and towels

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and a bar fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, pots and pans etc.

There is a washing machine in the laundry. Bathroom has a shower and toilet.

There is a small private enclosed courtyard at the rear of the unit with a small dog door in the security door.

The lounge has 2 sofa's. There is a LCD TV with DVD player.
There is a small selection of books, DVD's and games available.

The main bedroom and living area have a fan, there is an air conditioner and seperate heater in the lounge room providing seperate heating and cooling.

Across the road is a football oval, netball court, tennis court, cricket pitch, basketball stadium and skate park.

Walking distance to the beach about 200 meters and about 350 meters to the main street full of cafe's, restaurant's and speciality shops. Small drive to the surf beaches and penguin parade.

Please wash and dry dishes on departure and put toys and games away neatly. Please leave unit as you found it.

A simple holiday home which is great for families, especially those wanting to bring their pets. A comfortable and clean 3 bedroom house on a large block which is fully fenced and gated for privacy and security.

A large entertaining deck and plenty of yard space for parking.

***MotoGP & WSBK***
For guests staying over the MotoGP weekend, the GP Shuttle Bus stop is literally out the front of the property. This bus does need to be pre-booked at South Coast Bus Lines.

The space
With the P.I Racing Circuit and Anderson Boat Ramp close by, the property has large and lockable gates for secure off street parking.

Unfortunately we do not offer any WiFi Access at this time.

While our house sleeps 5 in comfort. 1 x Queen, 2 x singles and 1 x bunk, there is also King Size Trundle for a 6th person. This must be requested at time of booking.
