This rental property is located on the farm side of the township of Sandy Point situated among the Tea-Tree and Banksia's. It is a 5 minute walk to the local store, tennis courts and mini-golf, along with the Surf Club and a patrolled surf beach.
We have planted over 100 Manna Gums on our property and these easily attract our local koala population and often we have them feeding and sleeping in our trees!
The roadways are shared by both vehicles and pedestrians walking and bike riding. Shallow Inlet is a waterway 5 minutes by car and a 20 minute walk along the new walking track. The walking track is adjacent to the Sandy Point Road and the inlet is where you can take in views of 'The Prom' on the large sand dunes.
Fish Creek and Foster are the closest towns and are within 15-20 minutes from Sandy Point. Fish Creek is home to several art studio's and the famous Botanical Banksia Artist and Drawings of 'Celia Rosser'. The Gecko Studio Gallery, also in Fish Creek has original artworks and gifts for purchase.

This is a Contemporary/Modern designed building with open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with S/S appliances and has 'Jarrah' wooden bench tops. The living area has a combination Ipod/CD/USB/Radio player and a Flat Screen LCD HD 32in TV and DVD player. Heating is either via a reverse cycle air conditioner or a slow combustion wood heater. There is a cupboard laundry with a front loading washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower and a semi recessed hand basin. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water which is also available for washing off after a day at the beach.
2 bedrooms sleep 6 adults comfortably with 1 room having a queen size bed and the other a queen size bed and single bunks.
If you require bed linen and towels there is and extra charge of $60/stay paid by direct deposit to our bank account. (Not charged through Stayz).
Otherwise you can supply your own bed linen (sheets, pillow cases) and towels if preferred.
The garden is landscaped with Australian natives. The decking outside is protected by a sun shade and available for your use is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
Two full size vehicles can easily park close to the decking and entrance to the STUDIO. The driveway to the STUDIO is shared with the owners driveway and access to their own property at 51 Sunshine Rise Sandy Point.

Recently refurbished early 70's stilt-house. A cozy place with a long front deck that looks out through the surrounding Banksia trees. A large lawn in the rear that backs on to a reserve with a free BBQ.
Just 10 minutes walk to the surf beach, 15 minute walk to the shops and less than a 10 minute drive to the calm Shallow Inlet waterway.
The house has two bedrooms - one master bedroom (Queen bed) and a second room with a bunk bed (double/single).
There is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower (no bath). A laundry sink is downstairs (no washing machine).
Would suit a family of 4 or a group of 3 adults.
Because of the long staircase and high deck, the house is not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
Bedding is provided. Guests should supply their own sheets, pillow slips, quilt covers, linen and towels.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and sun lit, with high ceilings and glass sliding doors opening out onto the large front deck and garden.
With ample bench space for preparation and conversation, the kitchen offers a ceramic cooktop, wall oven, microwave, large fridge, ample cupboard space and dishwasher.
The extendable dining table comfortably sits 6, whilst the outdoor setting and bar stools further accommodate additional guests.
There is a TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, feature wood fireplace and a CD player/radio all provided for guests comfort and enjoyment.
Bedding configuration offers something for everyone! With a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a set of bunks plus a single bed in the second bedroom.
Separating these two bedrooms is a large wet-room style bathroom providing walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunk beds and a single bed.

This villa is newly furnished with funky modern furniture. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, quality linen, quality doonas, bedside tables, lamps and an inbuilt wardrobe with hanging space. Bedroom 2 has a tri bunk with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top both with doonas. A built in cupboard provides hanging space, warm cozy blankets and family games.
The bathroom has a spa with the shower over the top, hand basin,dryer and washing machine. Washing powder and starter small organic soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. The lounge area comprises a 2 and 3 seater leather lounge with cushions, 6 seater dining table, blue tooth JBL speaker as well as a separate small table with local magazines and a guest book. The wall mounted television is a smart tv. Heating and air conditioning are provided by a split system unit in the lounge area as well as a wood fire. Firewood is provided however you will need to bring your own kindling. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stainless steel fridge, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and quality scanpan cookware. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea towels, foil and gladwrap are all supplied. Outdoors you will find a 6 seater table setting and a gas bbq situated on paving. Local area and beaches
There are 2 villas on this beautifully quiet 4 acre property. They look out onto farmland and are surrounded by vegetation local to the area. A resident male koala regularly puts in an appearance, kangaroos are often in the paddocks early, echidnas wander through occasionally and lots of bird species abound. The inlet is accessible by road or a 1.5km walking/riding track (20 minutes). The inlet is a fantastic place to spend the day either fishing, swimming, boating, SUP boarding or sailboarding providing car access onto the beach. The surf beach access track is approximately a 1km walk which will give access to the quiet unmanned part of the Sandy Point surf beach . A further 0.5kms will take you to the main Sandy Point Beach and Sandy Point Surf Lifesaving Club. The Sandy Point beach is absolutely stunning and a great place for a family day out swimming, surfing and boogy boarding or just for lazing around on the beach. Opposite the main beach is the General Store, Café (currently closed), Mini Golf and Tennis Courts. Wilsons Promontory is a 40 minute drive and has stunning beaches, walks and wildlife on offer: definitely not to be missed

Surfside 2 is a modern two storey townhouse, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, centrally located in Sandy Point. It is one of the closest properties to the town centre with shops, main beach access, surf lifesaving club, community centre and sporting facilities all only minutes away.
The open plan living area downstairs includes a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, European appliances including dishwasher, dining table and lounge area. The lounge area has modern new furniture, a large TV, DVD, Bluetooth sound system, games console and wood fire. Bi-fold doors from the living room open out to a shaded front deck. There is also a secluded, fully enclosed courtyard and large shaded deck at the rear. Both areas are provided with outdoor furniture and there is a BBQ on the back deck, with easy access to the kitchen. A large and well-equipped laundry with washing machine is adjacent to the kitchen.
The property has two large bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and built in robes. The downstairs bedroom also includes a set of bunks, and is located next to the family bathroom. Upstairs there is a large main bedroom with its own private deck, a spacious ensuite and large TV / DVD. All beds have quality mattresses. Pillows, doonas with covers, bath mats and hand towels are provided. BYO Linen: Sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The home is perfect for either a family or couples and can sleep 6. There is an additional single sofa bed in the snug area at the top of the stairs.

The Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, petrol, gas, bottle shop and an Australia Post outlet.
A small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade (seasonal).
Playgrounds, Tennis courts (equipment can be hired from the General Store), Half basketball court & public bbq areas are located next to the Sandy Point Community Centre.
The Sandy Point Community Centre hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer.
Sandy Point is a great base for exploring the local region. With Wilsons Promontory a short drive away, you can enjoy a range of short and long hikes that include breath taking beaches, rivers and wildlife encounters.
The historic towns of Fish Creek, Walkerville, Foster, Toora and Meeniyan are an easy drive away, offering outstanding local produce, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries.
Also in easy reach is the historic Cape Liptrap Lighthouse and Walkerville Lime Kilns at the famous Magic Beach, Walkerville South.
The Great Southern Rail Trail (131kms) runs from Nyora to Yarram and can be accessed at Fish Creek, it's ideal for biking or walking.

Sandy Point is a lovely Village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car.

Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.
3. All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.
4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.
7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.
8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.
9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.
10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly no schoolies or bucks/hens nights.
11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.
12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.
13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip Sunday night for rubbish collection.
14. Prom Coast Holidays is a property management company, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Should you need to get in touch with us regarding a matter which is not urgent, please contact our office during office hours. A/H (emergency) contact details will be provided in guests Check in email.
15. Electric vehicles: Please note the charging of Electric Vehicles is not permitted at the property. Power usage is monitored and a surcharge of $50 per day will apply for excessive power usage. EV charging stations are located at Sandy Point Mens Shed, Foster, Fish Creek & Yanakie townships for your convenience.

- The Space
One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed/single bunk combo, there is a sofa bed in the lounge that can also sleep two, also a spare single mattress, a porta cot available if needed.
The lounge has a TV, DVD player and stereo and can be screened off from the main living area.
The tidy modern bathroom has a shower over full size bath tub and separate toilet. In the laundry you will find a washing machine and laundry trough.
The entire house can be kept lovely and warm with the wood heater (must bring own wood),electric heaters and pedestal fans are also available.
The compact kitchen is well appointed with an oven with electric cooktop, microwave and medium fridge.
A large covered deck is ideal for entertaining, with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting provided. The garden is fenced in this dog friendly property, where your well behaved dog is welcome, but must stay outside. Sorry, no cats are permitted at this property.
The property is not securely fenced due to native wildlife moving through the property.

Infused with retro style, this comfortable house is designed for 2 families/ couples sleeping 9.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 3 separate living spaces (including sofa bed), a big backyard (pet friendly) in prime position close to the beach & general store.
Enjoy the warm fireplaces (one wood, one electric) in the winter months & private verandah & back yard (not fully fence) in the summer months which sports plenty of room for cricket & football games with the convenience of broadband NBN and a large smart tv to keep the family entertained.

Secluded 2/3 bedroom Beach House sleeps two couples with bunks for children , surrounded by native vegetation and backing on to farmland. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach and lifesaving club and the Sandy Point General Store and Café. Possums, echidnas, wombats and koalas are regular visitors.
Wilson's Prom is a 20 minute drive away.
Please note no pets allowed.
The main living room is spacious, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas combined. A 48' TV, DVDs magazines and games provide entertainment. A wood heater and split system air conditioner ensure the house is cool in summer and warm and cosy in winter.
The living area opens on to a large private deck with outdoor table and chairs, weber barbecue and hot water outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, water filter, espresso coffee machine, electric oven and gas cook top and microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom accessed from the main living area has a shower over the bath, handbasin and toilet.
The bathroom includes laundry facilities
There is a second separate toilet.
All the taps are connected to the fresh rainwater tank.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed
The large bunk room is divided into two sections by sliding double doors with a queen bed in one end and a double bed with a single bunk above in the other end, all have doonas and pillows.
There is parking for 2 cars in the deep back yard. There is a firepit area and swings for small children.
Only minutes away from the lifesaving club and beach and the dunes, fishing and other delights of Shallow Inlet, and an ideal base for day trips to the Prom and beyond, Harbour View can be your home away from home for your beach holiday.

The Myrtles is a secluded beach cottage nestled in a large and restful native garden and back lawn. The property backs on to farmland at the rear giving it that feeling of extra space.
Just a short 10 minute walk to the Beach, General Store or Ned's Lookout and a 5 minute drive to Shallow Inlet. The property has plenty of space for off street parking.
Sandy Point is a great place if you like bike riding with quite streets getting around on a bike is easy. The nearby old railway line provides a safe and scenic bike track from Fish Creek to Foster and is worth exploring.
The Myrtles accommodates four people comfortably with a queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. Pillows and doonas are provided, (BYO linen).
If you are visiting in Winter, a slow combustion fire gives that wonderfully cosy feel.
The Myrtles features an open plan kitchen/meals and living with a small covered deck opening off the living-room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you'll need and the living-room as a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a separate toilet. At the rear is a large covered area with barbeque facilities that is a great space to sit around and enjoy those long Summer nights.
This property is set in a very quiet part of Sandy Point and has a wonderfully laid back atmosphere. You'll be sure to relax and enjoy your break.

The back garden is charming and open to a paddock. We could hear the cows mooing. There is no fence and no bush so the neighbours living room give direct view to the garden but we didn't mind too much. The only downside is the house is very poorly insulated and tends to be hotter inside than outside, there are very few fly screens so we couldn't aerate the house well to cool it down. There are a couple of old fans but no air conditioning. The bedrooms are decent size but we had to fit our portable cot in the living room. The bathroom is tiny but functional. Overall we had a very relaxing time there and would come back."

A newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin located within 5 minutes walking distance of the idyllic and peaceful Sandy Point Beach.
Fire to keep you warm and enjoy the atmosphere. The local store, tennis courts, mini golf and Surf Club are a 10min walk away

Located in secluded Sandy Point, just 200km from the CBD, Beach Side Retreat is the idyllic location; ample facilities and convenience to the entire South Gippsland make it the perfect base for a holiday any time of year. With activities to suit all types of weather and interests, you are certain to have a great time with everything on offer here.
The House is positioned on a spacious, surrounded by native trees and wildlife. The modern beach house features sunny light-filled living areas that open out onto a large outdoor deck with seating for 8, and a gas Weber BBQ. There is a large indoor dining area and a well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.
The three bedrooms and shower-room comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 queen size beds and 2 King single beds in total. The living area has comfortable seating with a television, books and board games for guests to enjoy. The dedicated work desk provides further convenience for those needing to work whilst on holidays.
Longer stays are made easier with the washing machine/ironing facility. Pets are welcome; however are not permitted indoors. The fencing around the property is adequately secure for dogs.
There is parking to the front of the property for 2 cars and a hot outside shower for the convenience of beach goers and surfers/windsurfers to wash down before heading inside.
The Picturesque Sandy Point beach is an easy 3 minute walk away at Ned Neales with the patrolled beach 10 minutes walk from the house, opposite the local milk bar.
Please note; STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated.

The location is great if you have dogs as is only a short walk to the lead free dog beach. The house is fully fenced and our dogs loved the outside area as well. Wattle Haven is located very close to the beach in stunning Sandy Point. The long, sweeping
beaches surrounding Sandy Point have breathtaking mountain views of Wilsons Promontory
National Park. The beaches are perfect for surfing, boogie boarding and swimming. There is
a patrolled section of the beach in summer.
The house is a pet and family friendly beach house, perfectly located at the end of a quiet
court. Wattle Haven is connected to the NBN with unlimited data and it's a 5-minute walk to
the beautiful foreshore, Ned Neale's Lookout and a year-round off-lead beach area for dogs.
Only a 10-minute drive away, nestled between Waratah Bay and the majestic peaks of
Wilsons Promontory, the sheltered waters of Shallow Inlet provide a peaceful setting for a
range of water-based activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, windsurfing and standup
paddleboarding.

1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.
3. All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.
4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.

12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. 13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. The Lookout.
Wake up and enjoy breakfast on a large outdoor area with a view! This split level home is ideal for the perfect holiday with family or friends.
Enter to a spacious open decking area that divides the house. Open the sliding door to the main living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave and large fridge. The huge dining table seats 8 with space for more.
The living area perfect to enjoy a relaxing holiday with two leather couches, a smart tv and wood fire & A/C.
The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine above the kitchen/dining with an ensuite including an open shower.
The other two bedrooms are accessed by going outside and entering the other part of the building, which includes bedroom 2 with 1 set of single bunk beds & 1 set of king single bunk beds. Bedroom 3 with a queen sized bed. This part of the house also includes a two way laundry (front loader washing machine) with a seperate toilet and shower.
The large outdoor area contains a gas BBQ, and is ideal for hanging out and enjoying a summer with friends and family.

This property contains a Wood Fire and split system in the living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and a split system in bedroom 2 & 3.

- "We loved our stay at 'The Lookout' and would definitely return. It was extremely well equipped (although we couldn't find the iron?) and even had some linen (a bath mat and tea towels). The only thing that we missed compared to other homes we've stayed at in Sandy would be a dryer. The main 'home' has no blinds or curtains, so be warned - you'll be up at the crack of dawn (unless you're an excellent sleeper). Our two small dachshunds enjoyed the facilities, too. We blocked off the access to the stairs for them using an esky. We're hoping to return to 'The Lookout' again soon!"

Located in secluded Sandy Point, just 200km from the Melbourne, the idyllic location, ample facilities, and convenience to the entire South Gippsland make it the perfect base for a holiday any time of year. The House
Positioned perfectly and dotted with native trees. It has all the benefits and facilities of a new build. The modern beach house features sunny light-filled living areas that open out onto a large outdoor deck with seating for 10, and a huge gas BBQ that rolls into a native garden. There is an outdoor hot shower, perfect after a day at the beach.
The 5 bedrooms, 2 large living areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) both with TV's and 3 bathrooms accommodate up to 10 people, with 3 queen size beds upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. One is a bunk room with 4 single beds and the 5th bedroom comes with a tri-bunk (double bed with a single above) in total (Bedroom 1: Queen; Bedroom 2: Queen; Bedroom 3: Queen; Bedroom 4: 2 x bunks; Bedroom 5 tri-bunk).
There is an indoor dining area seating 10 and a chef's dream kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, zip tap, chef's knives, and stainless steel benches. The coffee pod machine make is L'OR Sublime Compact so bring along your favourite style single or double L'or pods or Nespresso Original to enjoy. There is also a coffee plunger for those that prefer drinking filtered coffee.
The open plan living area has comfortable seating with a television, DVD/Blue Ray, Chromecast, and great stereo which connects to any head-jack or via Bluetooth. There are even board games to help keep everyone entertained well into the evening.

The historic towns of Fish Creek, Walkerville, Foster, Toora and Meeniyan are an easy drive away, offering outstanding local produce, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries.
Also in easy reach is the historic Cape Liptrap Lighthouse and Walkerville Lime Kilns at the famous Magic Beach, Walkerville South.
The Great Southern Rail Trail (131kms) runs from Nyora to Yarram and can be accessed at Fish Creek, it's ideal for biking or walking.

Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.

If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.
7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.

Perfect location, just off the main road . Less than 400m to the tennis courts and park, which is just behind the general store. A small house with a veranda perfect for your morning coffee or a more private setting around the back.
Open the doors to the small dining, kitchen and living area. Basic but has all your needs for a relaxing holiday.
Bedroom one includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a tri bunk and a set of single bunks. Sleeping a total of 5 in the second bedroom.

Welcome to our family friendly and very much loved traditional beach house, a space built with love that we hope you will enjoy as much as we have. Our home has plenty of room for you to relax and provides all the creature comforts you need during your stay, including a cosy wood fire heater and open plan living and dining areas . We are located a short 10 minute walk to Nead Neale Lookout and Sandy Point Surf Beach and a 5 minute drive to the licensed supermarket and dine in / take away cafe.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a dishwasher to make your holiday experience just that little easier. Our kitchen water comes directly from our rain water tank and allows a generous supply of fresh drinking water. We will supply some kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials to ensure your stay is hassle free.
The open plan kitchen/meals/lounge features a dining setting for six - eight with additional stools at the kitchen bench. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player for your entertainment. Feel free to relax in our comfy couches and recliners and read a book in front of the fire (perhaps a wine in hand) or have a nap. A reverse-cycle air conditioner is located in the dining area for summer comfort.
We have 3 bedrooms(one with a t.v.) which sleep a maximum of 7 people. There are queen beds in two bedrooms and a set of bunks / single bed in the third bedroom. With the current configuration, we are suited to offer accommodation for a family or a small group of friends.
The expansive front and side deck is a lovely place to lie in the sun or enjoy a snack or dinner after you’ve finished your cook up on the BBQ while you listen to distant sounds of the ocean and watch the kids play in the front and back gardens.
Treat yourself to a sunrise or sunset walk, or enjoy a trip to the beach or shallow inlet for a surf, swim or fish!

All the rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. Jamie and Judy the property managers were very helpful when the wild storm on 2 September swept through and we lost power. Rather than try to drive home, we were able to stay an additional night, with no fuss. Would definitely book this property again. Thank you"

Modern, tastefully designed, well-positioned and offering an abundance of space for the whole family to enjoy! A short walk to the beach, town centre and conveniently located for day trips to surrounding areas including Wilson Promontory.
Located on a dune overlooking Sandy Point township and shallow inlet, this property is set on 4 levels utilising the fall of the land and capturing views from all sides (both from the expansive windows inside, or the conveniently positioned decks outside).
Full of natural light and utilising light timber tones, the space is airy and inviting, with two living areas where the kids can be in the rumpus and the adults in the living room or vice versa, there are many entertainment spaces inside and out.
Each of the 3 Bedrooms and living space offers a split system and a ceiling fan for individual climate control preferences and a wardrobe in each of the bedrooms for your belongings. All quality linen and towels are included for guest convenience. We ask guests to bring their own beach towels for their stay.
From the outdoor shower, guests have direct access straight into the wet room located in the laundry making it easy to clean up from a trip to the beach. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron.
The Rumpus room has 2 Koala sofas which can be made into two very comfortable queen-sized beds; making the sleeping arrangements up to 10 if required. Linen can be provided for sofas, by request.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pod machine (number of pods included), dishwasher, microwave and induction oven. For the aspiring chefs, we also keep sharp quality knifes on hand!
The rear deck has an area of artificial turf and a private yard that is great for the kids, sun baking or an afternoon drink whilst taking in views of Wilsons promontory through the vegetation to the south east. The bar table provides convenience whilst cooking up a storm on the Webber BBQ and for general outdoor entertainment.
The front deck on the top level offers spectacular views over Sandy Point township and shallow inlet, with mountain ranges beyond. Providing a great spot to spend an evening; enjoying the brilliant sunsets and starry night skies.

1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.
3. All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.
4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.
7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.
8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.
9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.
10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly no schoolies or bucks/hens nights.
11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.
12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.
13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip Sunday night for rubbish collection.
14. Prom Coast Holidays is a property management company, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Should you need to get in touch with us regarding a matter which is not urgent, please contact our office during office hours. 15. Electric vehicles: Please note the charging of Electric Vehicles is not permitted at the property. Power usage is monitored and a surcharge of $50 per day will apply for excessive power usage. EV charging stations are located at Sandy Point Mens Shed, Foster, Fish Creek & Yanakie townships for your convenience.

This comfy beach house is located in a quiet court at the end of Ash Avenue, Sandy Point.
With stylish touches to the home, the property has everything you and your family need, catered for.
The simple layout of the home is easy to navigate - with an open plan Kitchen, Living, Dining area - the perfect shared space and the hub of the home.
To the right of the central hub is a hallway connecting the 2 main bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry and large kids rumpus room, doubled as a 3rd bedroom.
The Master contains a queen bed and an adjoining ensuite with a shower & toilet. The second main bedroom contains a Queen bed with a set of single bunks. Thirdly, the rumpus room is generous in size with lots of floor space, a small tv + DVD player and kids toys and games. It contains 2 x double bed with an overhead bunk (tri-bunks). We will approve up to 10 guests.
The laundry is located down the end of the hallway with a shower, toilet, washer and dryer.
BYO Linen:
Bedding is provided (doonas and pillows) but guests must bring their own linen and towels.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property.

My beautiful little cottage is quiet, tranquil and relaxing. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and is a quick 5 minute walk to the wonderful Sandy Point Beach. The available room is only suitable for female guests.
The space
The cottage is a stand alone house on a quiet street. You will be staying in the master bedroom overlooking the garden. All other spaces are shared with myself. I am an excellent cook and will provide breakfast. If requested I can provide dinner for an extra cost. The cottage is a short distance to the inlet which has wonderful scenic walks and native wildlife. All linen and towels and most toiletries are provided. There is a beautiful front deck for relaxing on.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cottage, gardens and deck- which are lovely places to spend time. I will be occupying the smaller bedroom during your stay.
During your stay
I will leave how much interaction we have mostly up to you. I am quite busy and do spend a fair amount of time out and about, at the beach and in the garden.
Other things to note
Sandy Point is not sewered therefore the toilet can only handle toilet paper. Definitey no wipes, or sanitary items are to be used in it as it is a fragile system. I also use environmentally friendly washing powder etc.
There is WIFI and Netflix and Stan also plenty of books and games and even boogie boards and a surf board.

Shallow Inlet Loft is a cosy, north facing upstairs apartment overlooking farmland, the back of Shallow Inlet, and distant hills. Attached to our multigenerational family home and set on 25 acres, there's lots of sky and space to look out on.
Just minutes from beaches, Shallow Inlet, and an easy drive to Wilson’s Prom, it's the perfect base for adventure - or simply stay in, cosy up and enjoy the view.
The space
The fully self-contained loft is set on our 25 acre property, Ennisvale and your hosts are father and daughter Eric and Caitlin. You’ll share an entrance with our family.
The loft is best suited to couples or solo travellers, but can accommodate a small family.
It has one bedroom, a cozy lounge, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed for a great night's sleep. In the lounge, there’s a pull-out queen sofa bed—it's not the most comfortable option for adults, but kids usually don’t mind and sleep just fine on it! With the sofa-bed pulled out space in the loungeroom is limited, but if you don’t mind the daily couch-to-bed juggle it’s a good option for a family.
Although attached to our three-generation family home and located above a bedroom, the loft feels private - your own self-contained sanctuary. Your north-facing balcony overlooks the farm and into our backyard, so you can expect to hear some sounds of family life and see us coming and going around the property with busy little kids in tow.
You won’t find brand new furniture or a flawless paint job here - upcycled and DIY is our style, and the place has its quirks blended with some touches of of luxury. The space is ideal for those who appreciate a comfortable, no-fuss atmosphere with character. We hope you enjoy the warmth and coziness of this laid-back retreat.
We’re just out of town, and it’s lovely and quiet and peaceful here. When though we’re less than 2kms to the beach, we recommend driving the short distance into town rather than walking, as the section of road between our place and the town has a narrow verge and cars often travel fast along it. Or it’s a nice ride if you’ve brought your bike.
Babies are welcome and we may be able to supply a portacot. However, due to the stairwell and the wire balustrades, the space may not be ideal for busy toddlers or crawlers (though we do have a baby gate - just ask). Contact us if you want to talk through suitability for kids.
Your entrance is via a shared front gate and through a games room and kids' play area.
The games room (a converted garage) is available for your use and includes a ping pong table and a hang out space with a couch and some kids table and chairs, and some craft supplies for little visitors.
Feel free to wander the orchard (help yourself to seasonal fruit), say hello to the horses over the fence or have a look for koalas. Our friendly dog Peppa loves a pat, and our free-range chickens might wander over to say hello.

There is an antique pot belly wood heater and split system.
We suggest curtaining off the lounge whilst heating that room to a comfortable temperature, this avoids excess heating costs.
Electric blankets are available but not fitted to all beds. Please look in wardrobes to find or in the unserved storage boxes.
Please bring your own sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels..
I do not supply linen to guests.
Kitchen runs on tank water.
Bore water runs completely throughout the bathroom.
The hot water runs on LPG bottles not mains gas.
It's preferred if tenants use electric split system to heat the house if they are not familiar lighting pot belly wood stoves as the inexperienced fed can smoke out the house.
Wood pile is located at the back of the property or in the wood storage bins along the side fence line.
The general store sells bags too.
Please make yourself aware of summer fire restrictions.
The tv is very pixelated.. bad reception in the area.. the best way to view is to run channels thru chrome cast via wifi.. and stream thru your device… easy!
(this means that you need to down load free to air channel apps on your device and send to tv via chrome chrome.. you’ll find the set up support link in the guest info book.
Otherwise choose a dvd.. plenty there for all tastes or the general store has more.
General store is open everyday 7am til 7pm. They also sell coffee or visit Tayah’s coffee van located in main Street.
A very pleasant stroll up to beach lookout for view and a seat to drink your coffee.
Nearest large supermarket is in Foster 20 min drive- Foodworks or IGA.
There’s also a smaller Foodworks on the way to Wilson’s Prom in Yanakie and Sandy point also has a general store with groceries and well priced petrol.
Other great eating places to visit are located in Fish Creek, Foster and Meeniyan. Walkerville kiosk and Sandy point surf life saving club are open for food and drinks in the holiday seasons.
Pets and children who might use the couch .. please put covers over it ( located on lounge room shelf) to avoid scratching the couch with paws and claws. Extra charges will apply for visible damages and scratched leather.
Preferably no pets on couch, and absolutely no pets on beds - ever!
Please byo their own sleeping beds to avoid confusion.
The yard is not fenced because the wild life , echidnas, koalas, wombats like to wander through the yard.. so if you bring your pets please be aware that you will need to stay with them unless they are trained to stay with you … thanks :)

Whether you enjoy bushwalking, fishing, visiting wineries or just relaxing on the beautiful beaches there is something for everyone to do and Tidal River is only a 45 minute drive.
The Surf Shack is just a short walk to our beautiful beach and the general store. It has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests which consists of a comfy Queensize bed in the main bedroom and 2 x bunks in the 2nd bedroom. You have comfort from either a split system air - conditioner which is located in the main bedroom for those sunny days or curl up with a book on the lounge in front of the wood fire for wintry nights.
Outside consists of a huge deck which is ideal for outdoor living. Enjoy a barbeque with friends and family, relax in the hammock or enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit (winter months only). We have games, books, bikes, surfboards & wetsuits for guest use.
Shallow inlet is a popular fishing and recreation area and launching of your boat. There are numerous surf breaks within 30 min drive from Sandy Point and the beach break just over the rear of our home is where there are waves to be had. The beach is very child friendly with an expanse of sand and shallow areas to swim.
So, come and explore our area with tranquil surrounds and native animals close at hand as you won’t be disappointed.
Please note that guests are to bring their own sheets and towels. Doonas and pillows are supplied. Sandy Point is also only on bore water so please bring water with you

Sandy Point can experience power outages especially in the warmer months. We are normally notified via text message from the provider and will endeavor to let guests know. We also do supply some fire wood (inside only)for your stay but depending on how much you use you may have to purchase additional wood for your stay.

The space
Our open planned, newly renovated, one-bedroom apartment is a fully self contained cosy space for you and your guests. With a comfortable couch to relax on with a large flat screen TV after a long day at the beach or exploring. If required, the couch can be converted to a comfortable queen bed for two.
You'll find a a comfortable Queen bed in the bedroom with fresh linen and soft lighting and an adjoining ensuite bathroom. A fully functional kitchen for all of your cooking needs along with a large communal BBQ area.
You will have access to a large washing machine also to wash any sandy or dirty clothes.

You have full access to the apartment and enjoy our part of Paradise. The key will be left for you prior to arriving and we will pass on the information regarding the lockbox at least 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

For any last minute needs and even petrol are available in Sandy Point though for a bigger shop prior to your arrival in the beach town it is best to do so at a major supermarket on the way to keep yourself within budget.

The property is located close to the main beach for swimming, surfing and fishing. Waratah Bay Surf Lifesaving Club patrols the beach over summer; they also have a bar, occasional meals and events.
Launch your boat at Shallow Inlet, just a short 5 minute drive. It's famous for wind surfing, kite surfing and fishing.
The Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, petrol, gas, bottle shop and an Australia Post outlet.
A small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade (seasonal).
Playgrounds, Tennis courts (equipment can be hired from the General Store), Half basketball court & public bbq areas are located next to the Sandy Point Community Centre.
The Sandy Point Community Centre hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer.
Sandy Point is a great base for exploring the local region. With Wilsons Promontory a short drive away, you can enjoy a range of short and long hikes that include breath taking beaches, rivers and wildlife encounters.
The historic towns of Fish Creek, Walkerville, Foster, Toora and Meeniyan are an easy drive away, offering outstanding local produce, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries.
Also in easy reach is the historic Cape Liptrap Lighthouse and Walkerville Lime Kilns at the famous Magic Beach, Walkerville South.
The Great Southern Rail Trail (131kms) runs from Nyora to Yarram and can be accessed at Fish Creek, it's ideal for biking or walking.

Sandy Point is a lovely Village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car.
- Other things to note
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.
3. All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.
4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.
7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.
8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.
9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.
10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly no schoolies or bucks/hens nights.
11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.
12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.
13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip Sunday night for rubbish collection.
14. Prom Coast Holidays is a property management company, managing this house on behalf of the owners. The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds: a bunk bed (x2 beds) and a pull-out trundle bed (x1 bed).
The elevated balcony on the top level has a table, chairs, shade umbrella and BBQ. If the gas bottle runs out during your stay a replacement bottle can be located under the house.
A viewing platform and kids cubby with slide and climbing frame at the back of the block has panoramic views of the hinterland and inlet.
The house includes a high chair, porta cot, toys and books for young children.
Note - There will not be any other guests staying at this property during your stay.
We do have a lower level that is fully self contained but this can only be booked with the top level. (See the DUAL LEVEL listing if you would like to book both levels)

Guest access is on the top floor.
The lower floor access is completely separate to top floor and is being used for storage at this stage.
Under cover parking is available in the upper car park (x1) and further parking spaces (x2) are available at the lower car park.
Access to the property is up the side path to the entrance door at the back of the property.
Please turn on the mains electricity in the power box at the side of the house and turn it off as you leave.
Keys are in the lock next to the door.
An access code will be provided before your visit.

Sheets, pillow cases, duvets/pillows and bath towels are provided.
There is no mains water or sewage at Sandy Point. The water to all inside taps and to the outside shower is rainwater captured in tanks under the house. Please use sparingly. The owners have been drinking the rainwater here for many years. It is up to you if you want to use it for drinking or if you would rather buy water from the shop (which sells water in bulk).
The toilets and sinks run into a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than the toilet paper that is provided. Toilets and outside taps (except the shower) use bore water which is not suitable for drinking.
Dune Drift is a luxurious beach cabin, ideally located at the surf break at Sandy Point. This recently completed contemporary space is the perfect hideaway. Plenty of room to relax inside and outside and blissfully quiet.

This single bedroom beach bungalow is ideal for a couples retreat in the quiet country town. The well designed space offers lots of natural light, and relaxation in style. It's fully equipped kitchen and bbq outside makes food prep easy, with all the homely touches one reaches for. These include a coffee machine, microwave, toaster + kettle, and oven/stovetop necessities.
The Lounge space will close off with a curtain for extra privacy.
There is one Bedroom at the property, with 1 Queen size bed, Linen is provided.
Linen is hired through Linen on Loan, therefore you will not be required to bring your own supply.
The bathroom is of generous size, and has a shower, toilet + vanity. Bath towels supplied.

4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.
5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.
6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.
7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.
8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.
9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.
10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly no schoolies or bucks/hens nights.
11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.
12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.
13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. Please put bins out on the nature strip Sunday night for rubbish collection.

A great two storey family beach house that sleeps up to 11 people. It is an older style house with lots of light filled-spaces.
The master bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed, with two bedrooms upstairs - one with 2 sets of single bunk beds and the second with a single over double bunk. All bedrooms have built in robes.
Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen and a separate family room, lots of light filled space for the family to stretch out! The lounge has a digital TV with USB input, built in DVD player, free wifi access and a wood heater for cool winter nights. With decks on both the front and back plus a BBQ, the property is perfectly suited to casual entertaining.
In the back garden is an additional separate bungalow, with a double bed, vanity, shower and toilet.
The property is in a great location, very close to the main central beach. There is ample parking on the flat driveway for a few cars or a boat and trailer. The yard is fully fenced and well behaved outside-only pets are allowed.
