Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and for families there is a separate room for the children with TV, DVD and sofa bed.

Self contained studio apartment is located on the ground floor can sleep a family of five or two couples in comfort. Apartment features two rooms with a kitchenette, a living area and bathroom with a corner spa bath and seperate shower. The living area has 2 sofas, TV, DVD, writing desk this room leads out to the paved patio area. The queen bed is also part of the living room. Kitchenette has a dining area, hotplates, microwave, wall mounted TV with DVD, under bench fridge. The double bunk bed with single on top is also part of the kitchenette.
Bedding Configuration: Queen bed, Tri bunk bed consisting of double bed with single bed on top.
- Linen is provided as well as bath towels. Extra blankets are in the cupboard if needed.
- Please do not take the bath towels to the beach and only use the bath towel provided on your bed.

In one of the most incredible locations on the foreshore, with the view of the beach from the balcony as you sit on the side and situated in the middle of the main township of Phillip Island, is this luxury top-floor apartment with unlimited wifi.
Comprising two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one parking space, this fabulous apartment with high ceilings and unique and modern design is an outstanding opportunity. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the home has an open-plan living and dining area. The living area opens up onto a generous private huge terrace with superb views of the famous Cowes Bay Beach. Perfect for unwinding with a drink and BBQ at the end of the day with two couples or entertaining with the whole family.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
The bathroom has a large stone top vanity, spacious shower, and jet bath offering the highest luxury. The two generously sized bedrooms both have built-in robes and share the spacious family bathroom featuring a large shower, stone top vanity, toilet, and European Laundry.

The Neighborhood:
This place is located in the middle of Cowes and one of the most visited beaches on Phillip Island.
It's a street crossing away from some amazing cafes to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast.
The main jetty is only a 2 min walk away for some great views.
All that Phillip Island has to offer is in your reach, and with safe off-street parking, you can rest assured and walk almost anywhere.

An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge includes split system air conditioning and heating, flat screen TV, Dvd and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has doors that open out to a paved area, and an ensuite with shower and spa bath. Other features of this unit include a second bedroom and family bathroom, laundry with washing machine For the extra guests there is a fold out couch in the entrance area. A single car park is allocated to the unit, but there is lots of parking along the foreshore.
For a perfect holiday with accommodation that has it all, you won't find better than this!

As you step into this cozy and charming two-bedroom unit, you'll immediately feel at home. The ground level features a small yet fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV, a bedroom with a tri-bunk bed with a trundle, a modern bathroom. Head upstairs to find a loft bedroom with a queen bed, and a pull out bed that sleeps 2 as well as a lounge area. Peppercorn Apartment beachside is stylish and offers two bedrooms with queen beds, a beautiful bathroom and a light filled living room and a galley style kitchen. The living room faces east and has large windows, comfortable seating and a dining nook. Washer is located in garage and access to a private courtyard.Walk across the road to famous Erehwon Point and watch the sun rise above Lovers Walk Beach, wander into town for dinner.
There is parking in the street outside the apartment.

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $20 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Seaside Getaway is our beautiful, privately owned one bedroom luxurious apartment located on the corner of the Esplanade and Findlay st in Cowes. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It is self contained with couples in mind, situated in The Waves complex.
It is across the road from the beautiful sandy beach and picnic area, and a stone throw away from the main shopping strip which is filled with bustling shops, cafes and restaurants.

Seaside Getaway has a kitchenette with a lounge and dining area, as well as a separate bedroom with an additional lounge area, and a balcony.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a hot plate, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. We also supply coffee pods/coffee, tea, sugar and milk for your stay. In the attached dining area and lounge you can relax with a smart tv.
In the bathroom there is a free standing shower, and a relaxing spa bath so you to get some much needed me-time. We supply shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, as well as the use of a hair dryer.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
