This self contained B & B unit has own front entrance and is completely private with outside deck and barbeque area. All bedrooms are large and can accomodate king or single beds. All good quality linen supplied doonas and towels. Please bring own Beach Towels. Full size kitchen with Gas Stove Top, Dishwasher Fridge and Microwave. completely decked out ,with everything you need. Dining area and lounge has a Flat Screen T.V mounted on wall. Shoreham Beach is a wonderfull place at all times of the year. Only 60 Minutes from the CBD
Shoreham is on the side of Westernport Bay views of Philip Island and Westernport Bay.
This apartment is only 2 minutes walk to the beach which is suitable for children and also great for fishing surfing boating or just relaxing.
We are only a short drive to the local wineries Ashcomb Maze and the famous Red Hill Market. Plus go for a ride on the Eagle at Authurs Seat.
Shoreham is also close to Flinders where you can visit the lovely cafes and antique shops. This apartment is suitable for a couple just wanting to get away or a small group or family. Not Suitable for Parties or functions. We do have to beautiful dams on the property, so all children must be supervised.

Expansive, picturesque views over the sea toward Phillip Island create an ever-changing outlook for this peaceful property. This downstairs apartment with spectacular views and small deck, is perfect for the weekend getaway that you won’t want to leave.
This apartment shares approximately 1 acre of landscaped gardens - tall trees, lawns, pretty mixed borders, ornamental ponds, a prolific fruit orchard and vegetable garden surround the house, creating a secluded, private haven with plenty of native birdlife and within easy walking distance of popular Point Leo beach.
You are greeted to an open plan sunlit room, comprising of lounge area with TV and Coonara to keep you warm in winter and a split system to keep you cool in summer, small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster and a few small amenities, separate bathroom, king bed to enjoy the views over the treetops to Phillip Island. Lovely deck to sit and watch the sunset.
