Our place is our home. We have 2 level home, down stair one bed room is for guest- seperate entry and guest have entirely home - The owner is respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all. Our house is conveniently located only 5 minutes drive to Rye front beach and shops, 5 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and 10 minute to Sorento. There is so much to discover, so much to enjoy.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests in tri bunks, while the stylish Moroccan room features a queen size bed. There is a family bathroom, and washer and dryer included into the kitchenette. All linen is provided.
