Please note that there is No WIFI. I use my mobile phone hotspot. The TV is supposed to be SMART. The instruction manual is in one of the white side tables.
The outside yard is shared space. If any of our family are down they may be mucking about in the back yard and rear lane with the boat and if they're lucky...fish!
You might have the place to yourselves if we are not staying upstairs.
