Avalon Airport is the closest airport to Geelong. It is 21km from Geelong and it will take approximately 20 minutes by car to the apartment. Avalon airport shuttle can offer door to door service.
If driving from Avalon Airport, follow the signs to Geelong and they will lead you to Princes Highway.
Keep left into Geelong into Bell Parade which will take you around Corio Bay. At Deakin University turn right into Gheringhap Street then left into Brougham and then left down Cunningham Street. Pier Point apartments are located at the end on the right.
Parking for 1 car is available in our secure undercover car park at no extra charge.

We have 8 Rooms at Gatehouse - this Room 4 is the only one that is self contained - bedroom, plus Kitchen and bathroom - the laundry is share with all guests - further the Apartment has a large step in Wardrobe with heaps of space for Storage. A garden out the back to sit in the Sun all centrally located and an easy walk to two rail stations .
Laneway Loft is the perfect mix of quality, space, price and location. A traditional Loft apartment with zing, hardwood polished floors, "kitchenette" and ensuite bathroom, warm in winter and cool naturally or with fan assistance in Summer - budget smart for a Couple (with 1) or a couple of Colleagues requiring sep beds. Minimal kitchen arrangements - you will need to dine out or grab takeaway.

Our Eastern Gardens loft consists of two-levels built with love and care so you can enjoy your stay.
The detached building is located out the back of our family property with private rear lane access entering into kitchenette and bathroom and then follow upstairs to an open lounge room and bedroom. Decorated with care and passion, we really do take great pride in our barn with presentation and cleanliness.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The Apartment was newly renovated in 2019, and is at the end of a quiet court with fantastic views over the river and to the Golf Course. It has a fully equipped kitchen, split system air conditioning in the two main rooms and a fireplace for additional heating & ambiance in winter. The dining table seats four comfortably and is an ideal area to set up for work. (Though the view may prove to be a little distracting!). The lounge has a double electric recliner couch and a single leather recliner additional. You will love the comfortable four poster, king size bed in the bedroom and there is a large walk in shower and a beautiful, deep soaking tub in the bathroom. The balcony seating affords beautiful views to the river and surrounding hills.
