Guests will have full private access to the retreat during their stay. It is located in the main street of town, upstairs above the Bayplay Adventure Shop and across the road from the beach.

Getting Around:
It is best to explore the Mornington Peninsula by car so that you can access all the great hidden secrets, however if you don’t have a car, there are a number of shuttle services and the 788 bus line runs along the Coast Road from Frankston to Portsea. There are also bus services from Frankston to Shoreham.

We are spoiled for choice with so much to do on the Peninsula.

The apartment block is set back on the clifftop, with direct beach access and you will be centrallly located within metres to the heritage listed Portsea Pub and the boutique strip of shops. In fact you may not need your car for the entire time you're there.

All of the modern conveniences are there to make your stay extremely comfortable; WiFi, LCD TV, stereo, air conditioning, electric log fireplace, kitchen with walk in pantry and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 2nd bathroom is an ensuite with toilet, vanity but no shower). Please note the laundry is a communal space shared with the other apartments and offers a washing machine with no clothes dryer.

You can relax and unwind with your own private fully fenced entertaining court yard, with outdoor bath and shower. The courtyard has recently had a face lift and now has an 8 seater outdoor table, market umbrella and a couple of sunlounges.

- "Initially we were due to accompany our son and daughter in law to baby sit their daughter. Regrettably, i was hospitalised and couldn't make the trip, so it was just our son and daughter in law. I advised of this!" - "Great location to stay at while down for the weekend to attend a wedding. The property has a lovely relaxed ambience & is within walking distance to the Portsea Hotel & beach. We loved it!" - "Great eclectic little cabin and tastefully done in a great location. No view but just so close to portar hotel and cafes. BUT it wasn’t clear nor were we ever expecting we had to order our own linen and towels. After it was too late we then were had to pay for expensive linen charge after already out laying so much for the place. Spoilt it u fortunately."

Access the apartment via a quirky spiral staircase—adding a touch of adventure to your stay! Once inside, you’ll find even more fun waiting for you: grab the paddleboard and head out for a seaside adventure or simply relax and soak up the unbeatable views from your private balcony.

Below the apartment is a small office space that operates during business hours. It is completely separate from the apartment, ensuring your stay remains private and uninterrupted.

Stroll across the road for an ice-cold beer at the iconic pub, wander along the breathtaking Millionaire’s Walk, or explore the stunning Point Nepean. Prefer to unwind? The portsea pad apartment space is located on the top of a commercial building with separate private access via a communal atrium with leads you to the apartment via the black spiral staircase.

There is off street parking directly behind the property which is free all day.

The internal spiral staircase, apartment, and beach toys, including the stand-up paddleboard, are available for guest use; however, they are to be used at your own risk. You wont be able to help but admire the decor of this stylishly decorated 2 bedroom apartment, which lies within the upmarket township of Portsea.

The apartment block is set back on the clifftop, with direct beach access and you will be centrallly located within metres to the heritage listed Portsea Pub and the boutique strip of shops. In fact you may not need your car for the entire time you're there.

All of the modern conveniences are there to make your stay extremely comfortable; WiFi, LCD TV, stereo, air conditioning, electric log fireplace, kitchen with walk in pantry and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 2nd bathroom is an ensuite with toilet, vanity but no shower). Please note the laundry is a communal space shared with the other apartments and offers a washing machine with no clothes dryer.

You can relax and unwind with your own private fully fenced entertaining court yard, with outdoor bath and shower. The courtyard has recently had a face lift and now has an 8 seater outdoor table, market umbrella and a couple of sunlounges.

Beautiful furniture, lovely finishings all complete your upmarket Portsea stay.

This group retreat is a perfectly set up for up to 24 guests spread across 6 bedrooms and 24 beds. This property is located in the main town of Portsea directly across from the Portsea Hotel & Bay Beach near golf courses and Pt Nepean National Park.
