All of the modern conveniences are there to make your stay extremely comfortable; WiFi, LCD TV, stereo, air conditioning, electric log fireplace, kitchen with walk in pantry and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 2nd bathroom is an ensuite with toilet, vanity but no shower). Please note the laundry is a communal space shared with the other apartments and offers a washing machine with no clothes dryer.

We are keen tennis players and loved having friends over to play and entertain (plumbed BBQ was a hit) on the gorgeously spacious deck with a view of Dalgeny and the golf course. The house is extremely well-stocked with condiments and pantry basics as well as most appliances you can think of. A rowdy game of pool late into the night wasn't a problem because the house is quite isolated and it was handy having a bar and fridge downstairs. The property is ideally situated a stroll to the front beaches and the Portsea Hotel, as well as the back beach, so most days we'd walk in for a swim, coffee, lunch or dinner. My only advice would be, is if you're staying longer than a week, get a laundry change if you dread doing loads of washing. It's a fabulous home and great for active families with teens. **The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel like a spa. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
