Pelicans apartment is in the Historic harbour precinct next to the sea - traditionally where the Fishermen lived.The renovated cottage has been divided into 2 ground level apartments. Pelicans is the front apartment. It is fully self contained with its own Kitchen/lounge/ dining room all with doors to the verandah which had views of the harbour. There is a wood fire all set and ready to light for cosy nights in. The seperate queen bedroom has 1100 thread count sheets Queen bed and French doors opening to the verandah which adjoins the garden which overlooks the harbour and all the boating activities there. The pilot boats use this wharf and so it is very interesting watching their coming and going ! The cottage apartment is quiet, relaxing ,private,fully self contained apartment with kitchen ( no oven, has induction cooktop) and garden. The verandah is spacious and is like an extra room as it adjoins the lounge room and bedroom.It has its own street frontage ,front door with keypad entry and private garden all with water views of the harbour which is 50metres away. It is suitable for 2 people. Privacy is assured check- in by keypad. Please read 5* reviews ! It is very close to the ferry, beach, Blues train and village - no need to use the car.
The location of Pelicans is excellent being in the Historic Harbour precinct and adjoining the walking/ cycling path along the water to Point Lonsdale. The water is 50 metres away - excellent for fishing and strolls along the harbour to the restaurants at the marina ,Sorrento ferry ( every hour on the hour) to buy fish from the Mishells boat ,the beach and to walk into Queenscliff village ( 5 minutes)

Only 5 mins walk to Queenscliff Marina (360 Q restaurant) the Ferry to Sorrento and a short walk to Queenscliff village and beach. The cottage is ajacent to the Bellarine rail trail (bikes path) It is a short stroll to the Blues Train. There is excellent fishing from the nearby wharf . Fishing boats at the Harbour sell freshly caught fish.
The cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway as with water views from the private verandah and lounge room - you can see, hear and smell the sea!

A classic beach house in a great spot. Corsair Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with twin bunks, sleeping 6 in total.
Cross the road & it's about a 300m walk to a sheltered swimming and dog friendly beach. Less than a 30 min beachfront boulevard stroll to Pt Lonsdale shops & the same distance to Queenscliff. You can choose whether you stroll along the dog beach, through the Moonahs via 'Lovers walk' or along the shores of Swan Bay.
Rinse off from the surf in the outdoor shower or at night lay back in the outdoor bath under stars listening to the surf.
Corsair Cottage is perfect for kids. It's opposite the beach, room to run and play in the front yard or cubby and it is a few hundred metres to a skate park and marine discovery centre which has great school holiday programs. The property is well connected to various kid safe bike and scooter trails.

The property is a great holiday for your dogs too. Many say the dog beach opposite is one of the best in the state, the best part is you don’t need to load wet and sandy dogs into your car. This gorgeous cottage carries the history of yesteryear but with recent renovations and comfortable furnishings guests will feel so at home, it will be a struggle to leave.
An ideal home for families to share and enjoy each other’s company; with a SMALL living area and ONE bathroom.
It offers R/C aircon in all bedrooms and the living area. The three bedrooms are configured as 2 x double beds in bedroom 1, 2 sets of singles bunks (children only) in bedroom 2, and 1 x queen bed in the main bedroom, sleeping a total of 6 adults, or if including children, 10 guests in total.

Bella Casa has 2 bedrooms on the lower floor both with comfy queen beds, the huge main bedroom has an ensuite and the 2nd bedroom has the main bathroom – both have walk in showers, vanity and toilet. There is a European laundry with a top loading washing machine and access to the rear courtyard clothesline. Upstairs the open plan living area is lovely and bright with room to spread out, a dining table for up to 6 and a modern host kitchen with all the modern amenities – oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. and bar stools for casual meals. The lounge has a smart TV, DVD and comfy lounges to relax and enjoy the surrounds being opposite the park and steam train. Up a few more stairs to the rooftop deck which has a BBQ and also provides lovely town and bay views. Ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout provide for year-round comfort.
