Lonnie Waves offers a separate dwelling one-bedroom studio shack at the rear of 237. There is one bedroom that is divided by wardrobes. Who wouldn’t want to be Beached Again after staying at this wonderful beach apartment opposite the Pt Lonsdale front beach in the always popular Old Lonsdale.
First of all, we have to mention the views – they are unbelievable!!
Beached Again takes advantage of magnificent armchair views over the RIP to the Lighthouse and down to Queenscliff.
It has been beautifully modernised and updated with quality fittings and provides wonderful accommodation for an older family or 3 couples with 3 queen sized bedrooms all with ensuites.
In the heart of Old Point Lonsdale shopping village with easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes.
Beach Again is a 2 story town house that also has a Lift if you aren’t able to manage the stairs or just to make it so much easier to get the shopping upstairs!
Now for more detail – it has hydronic heating and a opened fireplace so will be lovely and warm in the cooler months, and air-conditioning for the summer with all three bedrooms bosting an ensuite.
The living area and 2 of the bedrooms are all on second floor which is up 1 flight of stairs. The 3rd bedroom/ensuite and laundry are on the lower entry level, but it has a lift which makes this wonderful apartment accessible to anyone who would normally avoid stairs and not be able to enjoy these wonderful ocean views –
You can sit in the lounge and watch the ships go through the Rip, if the swell is up you can watch surfers navigate some tricky waves or just enjoy seeing children play on the beach.
Everything is new and modern – beautiful kitchen with lovely amenities if you wish to cook but you can easily pop out for breakfast, lunch and dinner! A private back courtyard with a BBQ. It also has an open fireplace (wood NOT supplied) if you prefer some more ambience. It is stylishly furnished throughout and I’m sure anyone who stays will be back, many times. It also has wifi for your convenience.
There is car access from Simpson Street – sorry but the garage is not available for guest’s use however there is car parking for 2 small to medium sized cars or a larger car in front of the garage.

This architecturally designed home is one of a kind and carefully nestled amongst the bush with the beach at your back door. You will instantly be at ease when you arrive at this home which is so at one with the environment. There is a warm rustic feeling throughout with plenty of modern design elements to enjoy and surprise. There is room to move here, and the sleeping configuration will cater for up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen and the 4th bedroom has 3 sets of built in bunks which are suitable for children. The large open plan living area links to a lovely resort style indoor/outdoor space.
No need for queuing up for morning showers as there are 3 bathrooms (incl 1 ensuite) and outdoor shower. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require air-conditioning. Heating is central gas ducted heating plus there is also an open fireplace in the lounge area. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate. This is a pet friendly home and most ideal for dogs that love the beach! (Please refer to T&C's below). Please take note that whilst the fencing is secure it is not suitable for small dogs as it is just post and wire. This property is set back from Bellarine Hwy and very secluded so we advise that care will need to be taken in finding the property. Kids can enjoy the Netflix, Foxtel and Wii Board game available.

"Rip Tide" is in an AWESOME location only 4 minute walk to Lonnie front beach & shops and only 650 meters to Point Lonsdale back beach – in between 2 oceans if you like! Not only will you be in THE perfect spot but the accommodation on offer here is all you could ask for in a holiday home. Recently refurbished, you step into a fresh, light filled space with open floor plan so that all of you can hang together. If you need time to yourself to curl up to a good book or want to send the kids to do their own thing, there is a sitting room upstairs with flat screen TV to keep them entertained - wifi & Foxtel available.
Rip Tide has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds, and one with 2 x king singles with double doonas. The main bedroom is situated on the ground level with ensuite, and the remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower (no bath). Please note the bedrooms are all fitted with air conditioners so guests will be able to stay cool over summer.
Temperature control is through reverse heating and cooling downstairs, Rinnai gas heating and nobo heating panels in the upstairs bedrooms as well as R/C aircons.
The contemporary kitchen looks out to a good sized secure garden, ideal for family BBQ’s whilst the juliette balcony provides a lovely outlook for pre-dinner drinks. The Kitchen provides all modern amenities, plus a Delonghi coffee machine (Nespresso pods). The open plan dining has seating for 6-8 people. In the laundry there is a front load washer & dryer.
The garden is private, picturesque and spacious. There is a Webber BBQ available, and outdoor dining suitable for 6-8 people and shade umbrella.

Now this is the essence of what holidays & time away is all about. Walk in and feel instantly at ease in this light filled, modern home surrounded by Ti-Tree and sounds of the surf. Located in Old Lonnie, 2 streets back from the main shopping/cafe strip, it is easy walking distance to the hub of town, Point Lonsdale front beach, viewing deck, kids playground, the back surf beach and new surf club. The spectacular new Lonsdale Links is also close by.
Baillieu Breeze consists of three good sized bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 guests (1 x Queen, 2 x Singles, Trio bunk (1 x single & 1 x double) plus a trundle. The main bedroom with queen sized bed has an ensuite while the 2 secondary bedrooms - 2nd has 2 singles and the 3rd has a trio bunk - they share a modern bathroom which has a separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has a TV so can also be used for a kids rumpus room. The laundry is separate with a washing machine and dryer.
The open plan living / dining area is spacious yet cosy, furnished in lovely coastal tones and with an air hockey table for lots of fun. Glass doors lead onto the large outdoor deck and BBQ area which has an outdoor setting & heater so you can enjoy being outdoors anytime of the year. The fencing is good for littlies and fur babies.

Stunning and uninterrupted views over Point Lonsdale front beach will greet you at this beautifully appointed luxury 2 story apartment situated right above the IGA. you are in the very heart of this beautiful seaside town and so close to the ocean you can almost reach out and touch it.
Be awoken to the most spectacular array of colour and light as the sun rises to kiss the horizon and flood your senses with its dreamy painters palette. From calm and tranquil seas, with turquoise waters gently lapping the shoreline or equally as beautiful is the amassing of stormy grey clouds with waves rolling in, you’ll find yourself lost in its raw beauty.
This space has been beautifully & comfortably decorated in a neutral palette to let nature take centre stage. Being able to unwind, relax and be refreshed is the aim. The entrance area is a cosy, sheltered sunny spot, with gorgeous remote controlled retractable awing. A great sitting area for an espresso or drink or sunning yourself. Leading into a beautifully appointed open kitchen, dining & living area with bi folding doors onto the front balcony and its spectacular views. You’ll find a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Lovely new appliances, Nespresso pod machine and lots of luxury touches. There is also a powder room for your convenience. There is wifi, a smart TV and board games, deck of cards and magazines to flick through. A gorgeous little corner table to read the paper or check your emails over your morning tea or coffee.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. On the first (ground) floor is a large queen room with ensuite, with walk in shower, toilet and basin and walk in robe. A desk if you can’t quite leave work behind. Upstairs are another two bedrooms. One has 2 King Single beds, a gorgeous leather and oak clothes hanging rail and bench seat to store your belongings. Comfortable for both adults and children. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample wardrobe and hanging space and most importantly floor to ceiling windows and door to a private balcony with an unrivalled view of the beach from Point Lonsdale to Queenscliff. If you leave the blinds up, you don’t even have to leave your bed for the sunrise. it will wash over you. There is also a full ensuite with walk in shower, bath, toilet, basin.
All beds have beautiful fresh linens and luxury towels for the bathrooms. There is a couple of lovely large Country Road beach towels for your convenience too. A small laundry cupboard is also located upstairs with a washing machine and trough. There is a retractable cloths line in the downstairs entrance area and a clothes horse in the utilities cupboard for your convenience.

With a light-filled modern interior, the lower level offers an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with the kitchen featuring a European laundry. The master bedroom has direct garden access, a large built-in robe and a contemporary main bathroom which has been newly renovated. Upstairs, the large second bedroom offers a spacious retreat including a desk and sitting area with stunning natural light thanks to uniquely shaped highlight windows and a lofty ceiling. Both levels enjoy year-round comfort thanks to split system air-conditioning.
Lonsdale Villa 8 is conveniently situated at the front of a group of villas set amongst gnarled ti-trees and natural surroundings. You can enjoy the attractive courtyard and deck cooking up a storm on the BBQ is the perfect summer night in. The front patio provides another lovely spot to sit and enjoy your morning cuppa. A single carport safely houses your vehicle. Please note the property is not fenced.
With linen provided at Lonsdale Villa 8 all you need to bring is your beach towel.
