Studio Kelp is perfect for singles or couples. A great jumping off point to the best of the Bellarine. The space
Studio Kelp is a one-room self-contained apartment. Whilst attached to our larger home it is completely private, with private entrance, dedicated undercover carport with parking for one car, and a large, fully fenced lawn area where your dog can run around safely that is not shared with other dogs. The studio is 100% pet-friendly – in fact, we welcome your dog with open arms! Just let us know who to expect when you book, clean up after them inside and out and keep them off the couch :) Our yard is shared between Studio Kelp and our home, though we rarely use it and can ensure your privacy.
Amenities include a comfortable QS bed with heaps of different pillows to choose from (linen is included), an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All the kitchenware you may need is included. There is also a lounge area with wall-mounted 55inch XL Smart TV (watch from the couch or swivel to watch in bed) , plus a cosy breakfast table and an east-facing outdoor deck from which to enjoy your morning coffee.
Extras include access to our wi-fi, Netflix and Disney Plus. For EVs, there is an accessible power point in the carport which you can use to charge the car.

Our property is pet-friendly, with a fully fenced yard and a great dog beach nearby. Pets are allowed inside, but please keep them off the furniture and it is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after the pet. Failure to do this may result in an increased cleaning fee.
EV charging is available via a standard power point in the carport. You are welcome to use this to charge your car. There is no additional fee for this service.
Lakeview is a townhouse situated on the edge of a lake adjoining a series of waterways. The accommodation includes the entire ground floor area and consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom, sitting room, indoor atrium, kitchenette and quiet area. The second floor is the permanent residence of the host. Access is shared. A quiet courtyard with a BBQ ,and a sunny front verandah with a lovely view are available for your use. There is garage space for one car. Breakfast provisions are provided.
The space
Lakeview is situated on the outskirts of Point Lonsdale. There is a large park with a covered BBQ area, a playground and eight kilometres of bike or walking paths. It is a three minute drive to the beach, ten minutes to Queenscliff and the ferry, and short distances to numerous wineries. Geelong, The Great Ocean Road, the Surf Coast and the bay beaches are within easy access. Adventure Park which is fabulous for families is a fifteen minute drive.

Ideal for longer stays with its separate lounge room, kitchenette and dining table, Queen Room 18 is located on the ground floor of the older (front) guest house part of the property and also features a queen bed, 'original' ensuite, balcony (shared with Room 19), TV, bar fridge, heater, ceiling fan and tea/coffee facilities. WiFi included.

Located upstairs in the newer (rear) motel part of the property, our spacious flagship room boasts sea cabin timber-panelling complete with authentic portholes (from the ex cruise liner "Himalaya") and a panoramic view of the famous lighthouse from the private balcony. Other features include big-screen TV, kitchenette (with microwave and bar fridge), lounge area, dining table, outdoor furniture, heaters and ensuite. The default bedding is a king bed (which can be split) and 2 single beds, with ample space for an extra single bed if required. WiFi included.
