The space
This Guesthouse/Studio is situated at the end of our driveway which is in our backyard of our property. We also offer a charming cottage as the main premises ideal for a family holiday you can check out here: airbnb.com.au/h/bamfcottage for privacy of all our guests, the cottage is only available for booking when the studio is not occupied (unless booked by the same guests).

The guesthouse/Studio is open plan living with lounge area, a place to sit and eat as well as sleep in one main area. It has a separate bathroom with door. No kitchette/cooking facilities (bbq only).

Other things to note
We can allow an infant/baby to stay however you need to provide their porta cot and bedding.

Set on 1.5 acres, the Cabin is located in a secluded and private area of Red Hill with views across Port Phillip Bay and Arthurs Seat. It is ideally located for access to the range of amazing wineries and restaurants. It has been decorated in a charming french provincial style with enough space for a family to enjoy a weekend getaway or a week long stay. It also has a lovely large deck to enjoy the views of Port Phillip Bay while enjoying a glass of Pinot and watching the sunset
