With views of the Bay each of the two Suites include; comfortable king/queen bedding, kitchenette, fridge, dining and sitting area, TV airconditioning/heating and an en-suite with double spa.
At the back of the property there is an atrium and a main kitchen for guests to share. A lovely garden to look out into and an undercover BBQ. Great for long term stays.

Welcome to Gwandalan, a beautiful oasis in the rural sanctum of Mount Martha.
We have created a beautiful space which we hope you will relax and create lovely new memories in.
Located 15 minutes walk from the beach and from the gorgeous wineries of the peninsula, there is always something to do here, rain or shine.
Beautiful open living and spacious courtyard with atmospheric lighting and warm ambiance, Gwandalan is the perfect space for a weekend away with a loved one or friends.
The space
We are located in the beautiful tree filled area of Mount Martha, we are very lucky to get an array of bird life and surrounded by nature.
Our guest house features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a king bed (can also be made into 2 single beds) very much like a studio apartment. It’s fitted with a smart tv, games and books provided with a plug in fan and oil heater for warmer and cooler months.
We’ve tried to create an atmospheric and relaxing space with dimmer lights and low light lamps in hopes this helps create a lovely ambient stay.
There is an entrance for you to use around the right hand side of the property so that you have some privacy coming in and out.
You also have access and use of a lovely downstairs courtyard with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the sounds of our local birds and soak up the serenity.
Guest access
You have your own private entry to our Airbnb space, giving you as much privacy as possible.
Check in is via a lock box so you are free to check in and out whenever you wish.

We have a list of ammenities which will hopefully make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our kitchenette is designed for light cooking, there is a microwave, hot plate and air fryer for guests and a plethora of amazing restaurants to try in our local area. Recommendations are in our arrival booklet but more than happy to help guests before their arrival!
Our television is a smart TV but is not connected to a satellite. Therefore, watching channel television isn’t possible. There are several apps such as Netflix though which you can login to and enjoy during your stay.
White Lilac in Mount Martha is an exceptional beach destination any time of the year with a magical atmosphere unlike any other.
The space
White Lilac offers a large and inviting escape amongst the eucalypts and only a short walk to the beautiful Mount Martha Beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes. Meander along the Balcombe Estuary boardwalk to the Briars Wildlife Park and Homestead, or spend your days on the beach with a backdrop of colourful beach boxes. Explore a range of excellent cafe and restaurant options including local wine bar, Mr Curtis where you can sip a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the bay. Visit some of the regions award-winning wineries, soak in the Peninsula hot springs, enjoy a ride in the Arthur's Seat 'Eagle Gondola', or simply relax in the privacy of your room. Climb the timber stairs to a peaceful loft lounge where you can recline on the cushions, read a book or stargaze overlooking the treetops.

'The Cottage' is perfectly located in Mount Martha & is a lovely 10 minute walk to the popular South Beach and Mt Martha Village. This is the perfect place to stay for the weekend and explore the Mornington Peninsula. A short 2 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, and more. Come and enjoy the beaches, many vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope.
The space
The Cottage is stand alone and separated from the house. There is a side entry that provides direct access for guests with a combination key safe. You can enjoy the warmer days sitting on the lovely deck, or snuggle up by the cosy fire on those cooler nights. Whilst the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a miniature oven, a sink and kitchen utensils, I would recommend getting out & enjoying the wonderful culinary offerings of the Mornington Peninsula.
Port-a-cot is also available on request.
Nestled in a tree lined Avenue, our fully self-contained cottage sleeps 4 and allows guests to enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer. Nestled in an established garden, you will enjoy close proximity to shops, restaurants, wineries and galleries. If you love walking, there are many local walks that will take you to spectacular views of Mt Martha and Mornington beaches or you may like to drive a short distance to more challenging walks. Perfect all year round.

Each bedroom and the lounge has a reverse cycle air conditioner fitted, together with the free standing gas log fire in the lounge.

The space
This is a bright and spacious fully self contained apartment with private entrance, private yard and large private deck with BBQ. It has a full kitchen with all the necessities including pod machine, tea, coffee and condiments.
Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 = 1 double bed and powder room/toilet
Main bathroom has shower and 2nd toilet.
If needed - we can set up a queen electric blow up matress in the larger queen bedroom.
Space for 3 cars on the shared driveway.
Guest access
You have full private access to the apartment and deck, yard. The apartment does not have a laundry however access to the main house's laundry can be organised by contacting Tracy to organise a mutually convenient time to use it.

* this is a self contained apartment
* you may occasionally see our dog out 1 bedroom window in the apartment - this is the only window that faces the main houses yard (you don't see into the house)
* No laundry. Please let us know if you require access to the main house laundry AHEAD of time and we can organise for a mutual time for use.
* Prior consent must be given for dogs. Fencing may not work for all dogs however there is also a fenced deck area. Please don’t leave them unattended to bark.
* Dogs STRICTLY NOT on the furniture or beds. There will be an addition cleaning fee for dog hair on the furniture. Thank you for your understanding.

Byron Bungalow is perfect for a romantic get away with a queen size bed and private bath. Enjoy a glass of wine in your private courtyard. If you prefer the company of others there is also a fold out lounge and a click clack (website hidden) Martha village has everything you need with supermarket chemist news agency gift shops and wonderful restaurants. If you can tear yourself away there is a wonderful choice of wineries just a short drive away. The beach is picture perfect and the Balcombe Estuary Boardwalk is moments away. Enjoy a walk to The Briars for a very pleasant morning tea or lunch. We love the area and we hope you do too

The main house and all other surrounding areas are only available to Panorama Retreat guests. Both the Studio and Panorama Retreat can be combined to book for a total of 1- max 8 guests.

My home is yours for your stay. I will not be in attendance unless you would like support for an event or other special reason, or if, overnighting for quick turnarounds when the studio is free and has not been pre-booked concurrent to your stay.
