Fully self-contained, private & secure, 6-star energy efficient Studio, at the rear of our family home, with Air Con & Heating. Large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed. Downstairs contains bathroom, spacious lounge with TV, WiFi and well-equipped kitchen.

The Studio has large comfortable couch, a full size kitchen and separate mazzanine bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with full gas cook top, Combination microwave / convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, bar fridge and everything else you need to fully self cater.
Divine shower with continuous gas hot water.
Privacy & sunlight block out blinds in mezzanine bedroom and ground floor living area.
Beds can be set up as 2 King Singles upon request.
Pool is temporarily closed due to a leak event.

Separate access is via a side gate and pathway down the entire side of our house.
