Hi there,
My home is spacious with a cute courtyard outside. Only 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Public transport at the end of my street which is Nepean Hwy. Close to Mornington village great bars and restaurants. I live in a quite street and opposite and playground.
Mornington Peninsula is a gateway to fabulous wineries and beaches including Portsea and Sorrento. The daily ferry can take you across to Queenscliff and Geelong.
So many lovely things to do including the Peninsula Hot Springs.

The space
Your bedroom is spacious and private with own bathroom and a seperate toilet area. The common areas of my home is an open style living space.

Guest access
You have access to all areas in the house including a fully maintained kitchen.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. “Little Driftwood” is situated just 250m from the water and cliff top walking tracks. It’s a 3km drive to Main Street. There’s a full kitchenette with gas cook top, as well as outdoor bbq and private deck overlooking pool. Pool is not shared with host and is for guests private use. It is solar heated from mid December to end of February. The space features new bathroom, tv, comfy “koala”queen size bed, split system heating and cooling.

You will have your own private access to your room & private garden setting. Your room has an ensuite with shower & toilet. Basic kitchen facilities such as fridge/kettle/toaster/ tea/coffee etc /plates/ cutlery. Heater/fan /Tv provided. It is a cozy room with all your needs met.

Guest access
Enter through private wooden gate on the left hand side of property into the courtyard where you will enter through French doors.

Other things to note
You can park in our driveway - the left hand side is your parking bay.

Cute beachside bungalow

Centrally located light and bright, private bungalow in quiet street. 600m to beach and coastal trails, 700m to shops, and 1.7 km to Main Street. Close to several bus routes. Easy to walk locally and short drive to the many attractions on offer on the Peninsula.

Single room with queen bed, table and chairs, smart TV, newly renovated bathroom, kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle & toaster) and fold-out sofa as second bed (if required).

The space
The bungalow is at the rear of the property, separated from the house. Parking is on the street so you will need to carry/wheel your luggage down a short path to access the bungalow.

Guest access
The bungalow has a small deck and looks out over a small garden with citrus trees. Help yourself if the fruit is ripe! You’re welcome to use the clothes line out the back.

Other things to note
There are several stairs up to the front deck and bungalow entry. This may not be suitable for individuals requiring support with access.

The space
Entire studio space - 2 bedrooms, off street parking, stunning bathroom, 2 living areas, kitchen and dining, European laundry, BBQ, and small native garden retreat space. The studio is beautiful and peaceful with an enormous master bedroom with king sized bed. The studio bedrooms have electric skylights that in the flick of a switch turn the rooms pitch black, day or night! Perfect for the daytime napper! The kids bedroom isn’t completely private - it’s open/loft style. To get to the master bedroom you walk through/past this room.

Guest access
The driveway and native garden directly in front are yours to use and enjoy. All other outdoor areas are not for studio guests.

Other things to note
The studio is ideal for a beach side family getaway or a couples retreat. By all means enjoy a wine or three, but the studio is in a very quiet residential street so it’s not a party house.
The large grassed area (seen in photo “view of studio from main house”) is for house guests only, not studio guests. Studio guests can enjoy their lovely little native garden.
The bathroom mirror opens on the right and power points are located inside.

Equiped with it's own kitchenette and patio, the villa is a perfect get away or place to stay while you explore the Mornington Peninsula. Please note, check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check-in/late check out is available for a fee. Make-up and self tanning stains are subject to cleaning and/or replacement fees.

Close to Fishermans Beach and Mornington Main Street, The Garden Villa is light filled, ground floor stand alone studio. Late checkout and early check in are available for a fee.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

The space
This deluxe guesthouse, which is private and a separate building to the main residence, is fully self contained including a full size kitchen with marble island, bathroom and exquisite lounge with polished concrete floor, cathedral ceiling and a gas log fireplace. Bifold doors open directly to the terrace, open fireplace and pool area.

You have exclusive private access to entire private guesthouse, all outdoor entertaining areas, pool & heated spa, tennis court, basketball ring, in-ground Olympic sized ‘Mr Trampoline’ and second pergola with outdoor furniture. These spaces are exclusively yours to use for the duration of your stay.

The owners live the main residence although will respect your privacy and will not disturb you. There is no overlooking from the main house to the outdoor areas including the pool. * No glass in the pool area - there are plastic cups, wine and champagne acrylic cups available in the guest house.
(If broken glass ends up in the pool, additional charges will be requested to empty pool and spa for it to be thoroughly cleaned and all glass removed before filling it with new water - this is an expensive exercise)

* No tennis or basketball to be played after dark.
