Super comfy Queen-sized bed with electric blanket, 2-seater couch, dining table, kitchenette, luxurious ensuite with generous soaking tub, private deck with BBQ, smart TV (55”), free high-speed internet and Netflix. Air-conditioned with ceiling fan. We’re also pet friendly with fully enclosed pet courtyard including doggie sandpit.

Ideal for a weekend getaway or flexcation, we’re close to the beach (10 minutes walk) and local shops (7 minutes walk) and an ideal location to enjoy all that the Bellarine Peninsula offers.

What to do during your stay:

Snuggle up on the couch, read a book, play a board game or enjoy Netflix on the 55” flat-screen TV.

Explore local markets, parklands, bike trails, beaches and art galleries or play a round of golf at one of several nearby golf courses.

The Bellarine Peninsula is also a foodie and wine heaven. Enjoy local produce from makers and growers at almost 50 food and wine destinations throughout the peninsula.

Take a short stroll along the creek takes you to the beach (10 minutes). Watch out for native bird life: magpies, ravens, ibis, ducks, Rainbow lorikeet, black cockatoos, corellas.

The kitchenette is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery and basic cooking utensils, as well as a variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

The accommodation has dead bolts on each door for your security. We don’t use the front entrance when we have guests - that is your private entrance. You also have a private entrance via the guest deck.

Enjoy yourself with style in this standout space. A newly renovated studio featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, ensuite & kitchenette.
Ideal accommodation for single or a couple, over the age of 21 years. The Nook is located in quiet family friendly court.
The Nook is on the ground level of our large family home, the Studio Apartment offers a private self contained guest space with your own private entrance. So you can come and go as you please.
THE SPACE
The main open plan room measures approx 7m x 4m.
Comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen provided.
A Kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, glasses, wine/champagne glasses, crockery and cutlery.
It also includes a soft and comfortable three seater leather couch and a dining table or a workspace are both provided.
A large 70 inch tv screen with Netflix and all channels.
Storage shelving & hanging space for your luggage/ personal items.
Reverse cycle heating and cooling.
The ensuite has a walk in shower, toilet, wash basin & shelving, fresh towels and hairdryer, iron and ironing board are all supplied. The space has black out blinds.
We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood so we try and respect our neighbours, by keeping noise to a minimum. You may use our driveway to park your car.
The upper level of the house is our permanent residence. We make every attempt to minimise noise, however from time to time you may hear general living sounds from above as we go about our daily lives. The Nook has its own dedicated entrance which is to the left of the house entrance and separate from the main house. There is no access between the main house & the Airbnb.
For your convenience, there is a combination lock box , where you can locate the keys for easy check
in.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We own 3 whippets, who live in the family home, they will not disturb your stay, as you have your own private courtyard, separated from the main yard. They may greet you with a friendly bark when you enter/exit the property. Unfortunately this property is not appropriate for people with mobility issues, such as a walker or a mobility scooter due to three outdoor steps, and a steep white gravel pathway.

The space
Modern Entire 14 square 2 Bed Apartment It Is made available for all guests to book This is Private accommodation. Fully self contained. Apartment is in rear of property surrounded by beautiful gardens decking and outside furniture A Remote Control & key is given to guests on arrival to access driveway at anytime they want.
The apartment comprises of 1 King bed Bedroom & 2 king single beds in 2 nd bedroom Apartment has a Beautiful kitchen fully fitted out with all cooking appliances & cooking needs a lounge dining room own private bathroom with large soaking bath tub. Privacy blinds & Curtians throughout apartment plus fully fitted laundry with ironing washer & dryer. The Under cover Decking area and outdoor furniture is only used by the guests only. But it’s A Shared Use of all backyard Gardens with owners and guests
Decking space is wonderful for small children for playing with great toys in the fully filled out toy box both for girls & boys from ages 6 months to 8 years of age
DECKING IS GREAT for just for lounging around in the sunshine or for having breakfast outside or having a glass of wine & this space for guests is very private.
Parking is on street, and can cars be parked right in front of my house as neighbours park in front of there houses. Please request if you’re needing to park in single driveway as you access accommodation through single garage but only to unload your luggage and then to park on street right in front of the property
I PROVIDE A lazy boy Double ELECTRIC RECLINER CHAIR in lounge room of apartment for couples to relax in.
I can provide an extra single bed for a 5 th guest staying with you in the lounge room of apartment all set up & ready , notifying is needed
King single Bedroom is available for anyone booked weather they are FRIENDS or CAREER’s looking after the disability person staying or FOR friends staying together using both rooms for sleeping in apartment or FOR couples just wanting to sleep separately & not together. Or if parents having there children staying with them in apartment & Please state there children’s ages so I can have everything prepared for your arrival. Please make your requests for king single bedroom known at the time of the booking & if you’re bringing your own portable cot to put in room let me know so I’ll so can have everything ready on your arrival.
I Now SUPPLY A PORTABLE COT FOR BABIES only ALL CLEANED & sanitised & bedding supplied for cot as well. Please inform Frances at time of booking if using king single bedroom is going to be used for parents children’s sleeping arrangements & So I can remove things that are not appropriate for little children & to set up & make rooms ready for your children
For Extra friends or family of booking person who are wanting to come and stay with you while you are staying. Please can you inform Frances of the changes. Extra cost of $40 each person per night can be paid for on arrival.

Very secure for small children once garage remote door is shut FOR CHILDREN I also leave some activity’s & toys for Young children to explore . Guests can come & go freely as they wish to & be very private from the street

In the bathroom there’s Shampoo Conditioner soaps plus all towels plus hair dryer & beach towels
Charcoal Grey Make up face cloths provided instead of using the white towels.
