- "Although we were surprised at the location on a very busy corner, once inside there was little sense of this. All the windows had screens as well as darkening shades which was very nice. The fenced-in back yard/patio was compact but perfect for drying laundry and enjoying a meal. The apartment had everything you could need plus. The garage drive drives out onto a side street which was convenient all around. This is a good base from which to explore."

Other things to note
The studio apartment is at the front of the house. The home owner won’t use the front door but will come in through the garage.
Parking is available only in the garage. If you park in the driveway (single) I won’t be able to get in and out of the garage.
The bathroom is open plan from the bedroom. There is a curtain between the two areas. Yes, the toilet has a door.
Hi, Welcome to Cookies Corner.
Centrally located in the heart of Point Cook. This peaceful haven is a hop skip, jump away from all amenities. If you feel peckish at anytime 7/11 is across the road open 24 hours. Chemist Warehouse is on the other side with food shops and big bazzar market.
Your a 5 minute walk from Featherbrook shopping centre. The bus stops near Cookies Corner that can take you to our Town centre which is also a 2 minute drive. We hope you enjoy your stay.

The space
Cookies Corner is an apartment on the lower floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, laundry, living area and meals.
There are security doors that lock on every entry.
The front door has a security door lock that alerts you there is someone at the door and you can see whos outside and speak before you open the door. Security sensor lights to go outside to see in the dark from the house to the garage. The laundry has a fire exit door which is always locked but can be opened if there is a emergency.

The whole bottom floor Apartment is yours.
No sharing with other guests.
Access through the Garage only to the apartment.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT- If your looking for restaurants or delivery download the uber eats/door dash app to see the varierty of choice you have in cuisines.
My favorite is Cocochine at Point Cook Town centre.
If you have children please do not allow them to write on the walls or have dirty hand prints. A fee will be incurred to you to have it cleaned. Pets are not allowed on the property. If your animal lives indoors this Property is not for you. Please note pictures of the front yard are under contraction to build a fence to close off the apartment with a new garden. Please bear with us..
