Park at the front of the apartment building. Use the fob to enter through the main door.
Other things to note
Access through the car park is via a remote control, which operates the garage roller doors located on Rusden Place.
Gym and Rooftop Garden Access
The gym is located on the rooftop of Building C. There is also a rooftop garden, which includes seating and two BBQs for resident use.
Guests can access the gym using their apartment key during opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces makes the most of the abundance of natural light. The well appointed stone benchtop kitchen with stainless steel 4 burner hob gas cooktops, oven, dishwasher and microwave allows you to engage with guests or family whilst entertaining. Wake up to a fresh coffee from your very own espresso pod coffee machine and enjoy breakfast whilst reading a newspaper sitting on your private balcony.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious 5 star hotel quality queen bed, wall mounted television & built in robes.
A European laundry with separate washing machine and dryer can be found within the self contained apartment.
Guests have access to a 43 inch high definition TV and access to high speed WI-FI internet. Manhattan Apartments - Notting offers guests secure entry, lift and secure basement car parking.
Guest access
We offer a 24 hour check-in service. If the property has a guest departing at 10am then check-in can be arranged for anytime between 2pm to 8pm. If it is vacant the night before we are more than happy to arrange an earlier check-in time. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.
Upon arrival, we will be there to meet you, let you in and give you the keys and give you an introduction to the building and your apartment.If you have any questions we are more than happy to help you.
Secure on-site undercover car-parking is available in most of our properties, providing you with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you please. Car parking charges may apply so please ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so please ensure you mention that you need a car space when booking.
Whilst your apartment is designed to be totally self-contained with all linen and towels, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner provided a housekeeping service is available at an additional cost and can be arranged by contacting us. Please note we provide a starter park of toiletries, we do not envisage that there will be enough for your whole stay. Please ask on check-in for the closest convenience store.
