Situated on one of the most beautiful resort in Sanctuary Lakes. This architecturally designed Two-story house. The house is very close to Lake and with huge balconies and lot living space. This place is close to beach. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Very suitable for family and group living, very cost-effective.

Luxury home located on a Golf Course!
The house is in a beautiful residential area named Sanctuary Lakes Resort. It is surrounded by a golf course. Guests can use the Greg Norman designed 18-hole Golf Course. A nature path starts at our garden gate and offers great views and interesting species of birds.
A 25-min. bicycle ride takes you to the beaches of Altona.
The house is about 6 km from the highway which connects via the West Gate Bridge into the CBD. At normal traffic conditions the CBD will be reached in 25 min by car.
Alternatively, a bus line operates daily between Sanctuary Lakes and the “Aircraft” Railway Station with City Trains every 15 min. Train ride to CBD is 25 min.
The residential area has a patrolling security service and the security house alarm is connected to their office.
There is much more to say about the amazing location and orientation of the house, but experiencing it is better than words can say!

All beds with wool underlay, cotton liners, wool/duck down quilts give you the best sleep. 20 mins drive to CBD. 5 mins walk to bus stop, 15 mins walk to train station. Close to everything, shopping centre, golf ground, free tennis ground, play ground, beautiful skeleton creek trail. You also can play table tennis in our backyard, run on our treadmill and borrow our golf sticks to play.

The home is only a stone's throw away from the playground and sporting oval with a few other surrounding parks for kids both young and old to enjoy!
The space
This home is modern and cozy. It includes an open space living area with a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy a smart tv; a dining table which is extendable for a roomy feel and a modern kitchen with a huge stainless steel gas stove, fully functional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom - queen bed
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1x king single and 1x single bed.
There is also another living area which has a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double/queen bed and has a sliding door to completely seal it off for total privacy which therefore can be the fourth bedroom if required.
The master bedroom includes an en suite with separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a shared bathroom space with a separate toilet. Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and other rooms have build ins wardrobes.
Outside you'll find a lovely low maintenance garden with an outdoor lounge to soak up the sun or enjoy some outdoor time.
