This beautiful large Designer Apartment boasts a massive balcony for entertaining. Relax and enjoy the large first floor balcony with gas BBQ and views from Mount Martha over the marina and views to Arthur’s Seat.

The Inside consists of 3 bedrooms. Master Bedroom for 2 Adults with Queen Bed, Ensuite, WIR and TV. The Second Bedroom has another Queen Bed for 2 Adults with BIR. The Third bedroom comprises one Bunk Bed and one Daybed with a Trundle to sleep 4 children. The Trundle can also be made into a King Size Bed. All Linen and Towels provided. Lots of games and an Xbox to keep the kids occupied.

The Apartment also offers a high quality fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, Miele 5 burner cooktop, Miele oven, Miele dishwasher, Microwave, double sink and breakfast bench, plus open plan Dining area for 8. Coffee maker and pods are provided for your convenience. Lounge with Smart TV (subscription Apps) and Wifi. Not to mention the ‘push button’ fireplace ready to relax in front of on those cooler evenings. The Laundry is fitted with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Parking is available with 2 basement car spaces along with a storage cage for bikes. Feel comfortable with fully secured grounds accessed via fob to a heated (excluding winter) inground 25m pool, wash down shower and gym area.
