The Surfside cottage is nestled among Ti Tree's and is only 300 metres walk from the main beach. It is one of the primo central locations in Ocean Grove. It can easily accommodate 5 and is self-catered accommodation. Sorry No Pets. You provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Doonas, pillows, blankets, flatscreen TV, DVD player/library, washing machine, gas stove and cooktop/utensils provided. Living area has a winter log fire (byo wood), split level a/c and ceiling fans for cooling.

The space
Think log cabin in the woods and lob it right near a surf beach. This place is a compact, low maintenance, family friendly and cost effective option if you are looking for a holiday on the Bellarine. It is 300 metres walk from the beach, a 40 minute walk to Barwon Heads along the beach or a 2 hour beach walk to Pt Lonsdale. You can put a board under your arm and walk down for a dawn surf on the main OG beach and pop into the Dunes for a coffee after. The main town is only 1km away and walking distance for shopping and ammenities. The town has a 24hr Coles, doctors, banks, chemist, restaurants and bottleshops. If you have 3 kids/teens in tow.....then it is perfect as it can sleep 2 adults and 3 children/teens/adults. The single bed is king single it will fit the larger teen/adult. The bunk is 2 normal singles. The site has good 4G coverage for Telstra and Optus tethering and phone but no WIFI/NBN is available. Sorry No Pets. The TV gets all the digital channels and if you want a movie we have a massive DVD collection under the lounge table.

You can use the entire cottage/cabin. Some cupboards are locked for storage but the rest is yours. Anything you use such as cleaning products, sauces, food, herbs, toliet paper - just replace if you use it all up. Sorry No Pets. Simples.

Located in sought after "Old Ocean Grove" approx 1km from the beach and close to family-friendly activities such as the Aquatic Centre with Splash Zone. It is within walking distance to the Madeley St Shops, Tennis Courts, playground, the city centre and public transport. This is a family friendly home with a secure backyard for the kids to play.

The space
This 2 bedroom unit is spacious, private and fully equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Master has a king bed with quality linen and the second bedroom has single bunk beds with a trundle, all seasons doonas, blankets and towels provided (BYO beach towels). Full size fridge, washing machine and dryer. A futon that opens up to a double bed (linen & doona provided) and a portable cot is available free of charge (BYO linen & blankets). Bedrooms have a ceiling fan and built in wardrobes with many handy items for families such as a play area and TV & DVD in the kids bedroom, a box of toys and a portable high chair. Lounge has heating and air-conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans with a portable heater available for the kids bedroom. The lounge has a sliding door that opens up to a decked outdoor entertaining area with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. There is plenty of space to relax, unwind, play a game of bocce or for the kids to run around.
