There could be extra bins in bathroom but we somehow managed Battery of clock had died down perhaps though it was not a major issue nowadays Provision of coffee / Tea etc was just enough. For your four-legged friends, there’s a secure 1/2 acre dog play area and walking tracks that lead right from your doorstep into the bordering Wombat State Forest. Hollow Log Estate is truly dog-friendly. Dogs are welcome across the property and inside the cottages. We appreciate that your dog is part of the family.

With Daylesford and Hepburn Springs only five minutes away, there’s a great variety of restaurants on offer, from fine dining to more casual cafes and hearty pub meals. You might pamper yourself with a spa or massage, browse the local markets or stroll around Lake Daylesford.

The spacious and stylish two-bedroom Cottage is decorated with a mid-century feel. With queen-sized beds, one that can be converted to singles, it comfortably sleeps up to four people, making it perfect for two couples, friends or a family getaway. The Cottage is suitable for one or two dogs. Any more than this would need to be negotiated with the owner.

- "The whole family enjoyed their time at Hollow Log Estate. We have a dog that can’t go off lead so the dog run was great for her. Not to mention the dog treats ❤️. Very thoughtful, thank you. And for the humans, Ali supplied us with a wonderful breakfast and a bottle of bubbles. We stayed during winter which may put some people off but I can tell you that the fireplace was great and the cottage was toasty, the beds very comfortable and there were extra doonas supplied. There are also sheep and horses in neighbouring blocks that kids will love to visit. 💯 recommend Hollow Log Estate."
