Classic features included in Spring Cottage are a claw foot bath and box window seat. All the cottages have a gas log fire, timber flooring, private verandas overlooking the gardens & mountains beyond. Call us if you need wheelchair access.

The space
These 8 boutique cottages are designed for couples looking for a relaxing retreat in a nature based alpine village environment. We do not cater for children or pets mainly to preserve the ambience for our guests. Every cottage has blockout blinds to create privacy and a private verandah with an outdoor setting. Our guests are free to wander through the shared space of the grounds and enjoy the gardens and birdlife.

Guest access
Once your booking has been processed, you will automatically receive a 10 digit Door Code within 48 hours of your arrival time, to your mobile as a text or to your email address that you provided to us at the time of your booking.
There is no need to see a reception desk at the cottages, simply access your cottage on arrival any time after 2pm. It is very private.

Other things to note
All the Kitchenette's at Marysville Garden Cottages are equipped to prepare a light breakfast or lunch or re-heat a prepared meal in the microwave.
They offer a bench, sink, bar fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, chopping board, glasses, tea cups and a dining table.
We also provide a variety of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, butter, fresh water, biscuits & sweets. There is no oven or cook top in the cottages and we ask that guests do not cook in the cottages due to the open plan layout that would allow the cooking smells to remain in the bedroom/lounge area for the next guest.
Marysville Garden Cottages is located a very short walk from the cafe's and restaurants and most of our guests prefer to simply get their meals there. There are many free public BBQ's located in the public park approximately 100m away and we have complimentary BBQ utensils available on request for guests that wish to cook a BBQ.

Children or Pets. - Sorry, but Marysville Garden Cottages do not cater for children under the age of 16 or pets of any kind.
Extra Linen. - If separate sleeping arrangements are required via the use of a daybed or sofa bed, (see cottage check list for availability), this can be arranged at a $30 fee but we must be notified at the time of booking.
Extra Guests. - Marysville Garden Cottages have been designed to cater for couples or the solo traveller. If a couple would like to have one extra adult person share their cottage, (see cottage check list for availability), this can be arranged at a $50 fee but you must notify us at the time of booking. If you exceed the maximum allowable guests per room, then we, at our discretion may charge you for any additional guests found to have been at the property during your booking at $100 per person, per day. The Registered Guest is responsible for any of the other people in their booked cottage.
Room Service - The rooms will not be serviced during your stay. Should you require an extra service during your stay this can be arranged for an extra fee.
