Marjalis Cottage has been freshly painted throughout and with lofty high ceilings and brand new flooring to all the bedrooms and living areas, the interior is fresh and bright.

All three bedrooms are dressed with quality linen and luxurious soft furnishings. There are two queen bedrooms which have brand new pillow top mattresses & the 3rd bedroom comprises of 2 single beds. There is also single mattress, which can be added to either queen bedroom for an extra little guest if required.

The large well equipped kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer, oven with cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all the crockery and utensils that you would expect to find at home.

Having a big delicious meal is easily done with the dining room comfortably able to seat 8 people, or you could enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast out on the private deck which has an outdoor seating area.

The bathroom is fit for the whole family, and is clean and spacious. There are full laundry facilities also available. All linen and towels are provided at Marjalis Cottage and environmentally friendly ZeroCo products are provided for your comfort.

Two minutes drive from the main shopping centre and 6 minutes drive to the stunning Cape Paterson. Wonthaggi is perfectly located to Inverloch, Wilson’s Prom, Phillip Island, Kilcunda, Loch, Archie’s Creek, Fish Creek and so much more, with scenic walking trails and the spectacular Bass Coast with its breathtaking views. An extremely private, quiet, comfortable and well equipped cottage, fully frnced and located at the rear of the front property. 1901 Miners Cottage meets a modern touch. Our house is unique and located in a quiet street within walking distance to the centre of town. We have restored this gem back to its former glory but given you all the creature comforts of modern day living for the perfect relaxing escape with friends and family. The beds are comfy and the furniture styled to suit, making your stay a home away from home.

The space
Our light and bright spacious house features a large open plan living, dinning and kitchen as you enter. Grand high ceilings and large windows grant plenty of natural light. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space. We will supply fresh bed linen, towels and hand towels will be supplied based on the amount of guests staying. Bathroom essentials like body body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body moisturiser and loofah by Eleven Australia.

Kitchen will be equipped Nespresso Machine and Coffee Pods Supplied. Also some essentials you may need, we will have a variety of, teas, sugar, cooking oils, salt pepper and mixed herbs.
