In the heart of Ocean Grove's 'golden triangle' is our two bedroom, self-contained downstairs apartment. It is a beautiful quiet area of Ocean Grove and is walking distance to the Barwon River, surf beach and the Ocean Grove town centre.

The property has a private side access and backyard with deck, a kitchenette and laundry including a fridge and microwave (no oven or cooktop).

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed with single bunk bed above. Living room sofa also converts into a double bed.
