The main lounge is comfortable to relax and wind down in. A sunroom at the back of the house is perfect to either unwind and read a book on the vintage sofa, or prop yourself up at the desk with your computer to catch up on some work.
We have a huuugge backyard, not a lot of garden just yet, but that means it's perfect for a kick of the footy if the kids want a run.

Roselea Loft Retreat is built above a cellar. The ten outside solid wooden stairs with secure rails guide you to a light filled room with views over the garden. The adjoining ensuite provides toilet, vanity and shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The Loft is very comfortable and provides reverse cycle air conditioning.

Roselea is a working farm with friendly animal to meet. We have sheep ,alpacas,horses, hens and our kelpie dog Maggie ,who loves a pat. Our guests are welcome to enjoy a walk on the farm .

The Roxburgh has several rooms inside with comfy couches as well as tables and chairs. Carefully selected music plays in each room helping to set the mood just right. There is outdoor seating both out the front with street views and in the laneway where you can hide away. During the warmer months live music will be a feature in the laneway.

The rear of the Edwardian homestead is available and very private; each room having a reverse cycle airconditioner. It has direct access to the car park and offers accommodation for 4 people if both rooms are taken. The Chardonnay Suite, taken by itself, offers a private ensuite, an eating area and a bedroom with one queen bed. It has a television and access to free wifi via the NBN! Basic kitchen facilities are also available (small microwave, good size new fridge, jug, toaster).

If both rooms are taken, the area is very suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples interested in a farm stay type short stay. The property consists of 100 acres; 16 acres of vines and the remainder is grazed by sheep. A majestic lake used for irrigation exists along the creek and koalas often roam through the manna gums.

The cellar door has been placed in the end of one of the original farm sheds and was part of the Winery. It is open most days & offers home made cakes, "Roxborough” locally roasted espresso coffee, "Tea Blossom" Teas, local "Simply Tea" teas and numerous local produce including a range of local wines. Pierrepoint Cellar Door has a north easterly aspect capturing the sunshine and overlooking the numerous breeds of poultry wandering amongst the vines. Picnics can be ordered in advance and either enjoyed anywhere on the property.

To the south of the homestead, Mt Napier appears on the horizon beyond the Muddy Creek valley and productive farming land.

The Tarrington area is a picturesque, undulating landscape. The township named as Hochkirch by its German founders in 1853, changed its name to Tarrington in 1916 due to world events at the time. It has maintained a strong and proud German heritage.

This townhouse is a renovated house behind my office with large rooms, high ceilings, polished wooden floors, a private garden with your own kitchen and lounge room. Whilst a short walk to Hamilton main street it is a quiet and restful spot.

Other things to note
There are two bedrooms, each booking is for up to 2 people in one room and use of the second room with up to another two people for an extra fee of $50 per stay. Accommodation has ducted heating/cooling for guest comfort.

The space
We are happy to help you plan your stay and provide advice on where to find any thing from kangaroos, koalas to local hikes from the Grampians to Mt Napier, Mt Rouse, Mt Eccles, after all we are in the middle of the largest volcanic plain in the Southern Hemisphere.

We are also only 85km from the historic town of Port Fairy and Portland and 100km from Warrnambool. The Grampians are only 30km starting at Dunkeld and we can also assist you to visit working farms as well, be it sheep, beef cattle or dairy. BUT, if you just want to kick back and relax then you can do this with our space as well as the unit is removed from the main home.

We are pretty flexible and have a dog so yours are welcome as well but are to remain out side the unit.

Unwind in this 2 bedroom home featuring an indoor spa bath, open plan kitchen and lounge with a large outdoor patio. The house features a spacious and well loved garden and is fully fenced on a large block. Pet friendly for well behaved outdoor fluffy friends. Off street parking in the driveway is welcome however there is no shed area access. Home on Hector is centrally located and in a quiet street.
