We are a comfy two bedroom home one block from the centre of town.
All the basics in the kitchen ready to go.
Our beds are snuggly with quality linen and soft fluffy towels.
One bedroom features a queen bed, the second single bunk over double so perfect for families or two separate travellers. Both bedrooms have a generous wardrobe.
The main lounge is comfortable to relax and wind down in. A sunroom at the back of the house is perfect to either unwind and read a book on the vintage sofa, or prop yourself up at the desk with your computer to catch up on some work.
We have a huuugge backyard, not a lot of garden just yet, but that means it's perfect for a kick of the footy if the kids want a run.

3 km away is lake Hamilton which offers:
4.2 km walking track, Picnic areas ,BBQ facilities, Public Toilets and showers ,Boat Ramp,Playgrounds and Fishing and Water sports.

We offer a big parking space , even for caravaners, who would like to sleep in a room/studio for a night or two.

Roselea Loft Retreat is built above a cellar. The ten outside solid wooden stairs with secure rails guide you to a light filled room with views over the garden. The Loft provides a double bed with electric blanket, built in desk, drawers and ample cupboard space for storage. Kettle, coffee, tea, cutlery and crockery are provided.
The adjoining ensuite provides toilet, vanity and shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The Loft is very comfortable and provides reverse cycle air conditioning.

Roselea is a great opportunity to enjoy a peaceful country experience in a pretty setting, surrounded by nature. Our garden has many areas you can sit and enjoy being outside.Enjoy a coffee or wine and watch the sunset in the evenings . From our entry there is a walking and bike track leading to the village of Tarrington ,1.5klms.

Roselea is a working farm with friendly animal to meet. We have sheep ,alpacas,horses, hens and our kelpie dog Maggie ,who loves a pat. Our guests are welcome to enjoy a walk on the farm .

The Roxburgh cafe was founded in 2007 around a passion for coffee and community. The family run cafe has grown to include its own ‘Rox Coffee’ Roast, mobile coffee fleet, local art exhibitions and charity events.

The Roxburgh has several rooms inside with comfy couches as well as tables and chairs. Carefully selected music plays in each room helping to set the mood just right. There is outdoor seating both out the front with street views and in the laneway where you can hide away. During the warmer months live music will be a feature in the laneway.

Upstairs you will find your two bedroom apartment featuring spacious rooms both with original fireplaces.
A full kitchen with all you will need for your stay.

Guests have full access to Roxburgh House and cafe and their respective apartment(s). Except where there is a function / event booked they may use the function rooms upstairs.
