Our place is approximately 4 blocks to the main town centre of Hay.
We are located in a quiet street and surrounded by lovely neighbours. There is a yard with a fence and we are pet friendly.
There is also an semi outdoor laundry that pets can stay dry if you go out and still want them to be able to use the yard.
Our Resident housekeeper/cleaner Liza may use the laundry & washing machine at the back of the property, as we also have a little cabin that we rent out next door. You most likely won't even know she is there! Our laundry is an old style "outhouse" that is semi detached from the house. She normally enters to from the side gate to use the washing machine, so will not need to enter the house or disturb your stay at all.

Hay is notorious for drought and dryness, however, we do try to keep our lawns green where possible.
Hay has been known to have the odd wet season, so we apologise in advance for any muddy grounds if this happens. This should not affect you.

Parking is directly in front of the property.
