That said, I do think the amenity details should include the information that the toilet and bathroom facilities are outside, several metres away from the main cottage, and open to all the elements. Relax at Kelinda House on the banks of the Avon River and watch the water birds living on the island in the river in front of the house. This is just one of the things going on at any one time. The ever changing sunlight from sunrise to sunset gives the garden, the river even the bridge a different dynamic throughout the day. Then at night, there are the party lights from the main street, Bernard Park and the Peel Terrace Bridge. The next day, whilst the sunlight works its magic, the 28s, black and pink and grey cockatoos are flying over the house, the New Holland Honeyeaters, martins, mudlarks and wattle birds are roaming through the garden. If that's not enough, out in the middle of the river there are white swans, cootes, cormorants, ducks, the occasional pelican with black swans flying in towards the end of summer.
Inside the house are soothing rooms all with reverse cycle air conditioning ensuring your comfort. The kitchen has all the appliances and equipment that you would need to prepare that evening meal or breakfast, to be eaten on the verandah watching the water or at the dining table. The bedrooms have wardrobes, side tables and chests of drawers for storage. All beds have electric blankets, quilts and blankets for those cooler nights.
