Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. Subiaco is either a ten minute easy walk or one train stop away. You can fly in to Perth and catch the train from the airport directly to West Leederville. The apartment was spotlessly clean and came with many useful accessories such as hair dryer, dish and clothes washing products, coffee and a coffee machine. The kitchen has a microwave as well as a full oven and stove, also a good size fridge. The host provides excellent wifi as well as Netflix access. The bed is comfortable with great air flow in the room. The bathroom is small but has all the essentials and is well kept. The shower is very small, this may be an issue for some. My partner is 187cm tall and 95kg, I am 175cm tall and 62kg, we found the shower quite small. The water was hot and plentiful. The complex is quiet and the people friendly. I would stay there on a return to Perth."

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. Concerts are also held outside in the lush surrounding Theatre Gardens

The central living area features a large, fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and an array of small appliances including a pod coffee machine, Russell Hobbs airfryer, slow cooker, blender, juicer, and baking equipment. The island bench with stools makes a great social cooking space, while the formal round dining table comfortably seats six.
The living room is set up for relaxation, with a large plush sectional, beanbags, lounge chair, and a 75-inch smart TV with soundbar and surround sound.

The ground floor hosts a sitting room with French doors opening to a private terrace at the front; and opposite is a double bedroom and elegant en-suite.

The double height ceiling extends from the entry to the rear of the home with walls of glass and big windows spiralling natural light inwards from both floors, creating a lovely feeling of openness and space.

There is a television in both of the downstairs living rooms.

The well-appointed kitchen has stone benchtops, casual seating, an induction cooktop, Neff ovens and a Miele dishwasher. Sliding glass doors open to a courtyard with BBQ, drinks fridge, utility sink and drawers, and, opposite, a second set opens to the entertaining area. The main living room features a wood burning stove and sliding door access to the alfresco. Perfectly designed for all seasons, with stacking glass doors and rain sensor retractable roof, it's an ideal spot for year-round dining.

Upper floor accommodation is designed in two wings connected by a walkway suspended above open plan family areas. The east wing hosts two generous bedrooms with built in robes, an elegant bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, single vanity and toilet, and at the front, overlooking the quiet street, a divine, sundrenched bedroom or activity room with vast raked ceilings and sliding door access to a bijou balcony. Across the walkway in the west wing, is a suite of rooms comprising the main bedroom suffused with sunlight, cathedral ceilings and sliding doors to a balcony in the treetops, WIR and luxury en-suite.

The rear lane offers access to the double garage and games room with a table tennis table and yoga mats.

This impeccable residence is a 10 minute walk through a manicured park to Subiaco train station and Rokeby Road, the heartland of Subiaco’s shopping and dining precinct and is a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Please note this place is not suitable for crawling babies, toddlers or young children as there are steps without sides and is not safe for them.
