After a short flight of stairs, you reach a stylish and immaculately presented first floor air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with secure underground parking is set within tranquil gardens and centrally located in Subiaco. The apartment is just a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train routes, Regal theatre and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Situated in the heart of Subiaco in a quiet leafy street, 2 mins walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, Regal Theatre, cinemas, markets, trains and buses. A stroll to Kings Park, Princess Margaret & Charles Gardener Hospital and the City - it doesn't get any better than Subi.
The 2 bedroom apartment is stylish and beautifully appointed - was recently fully renovated and refurbished. There is a lovely spacious courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, garden and pergola for those lovely summer evenings. The front of the apartment looks over the very large open garden space, with large trees, lawn, and plants. You have your own secure undercover parking bay.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, etc. The separate Laundry includes washing machine and clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, umbrella, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, etc.
Large Lounge and dining area with TV and DVD, AM/FM Radio/Dock, r/c air conditioning. A selection of books, dvd's and magazines to read, various maps of the Perth area and the south west of the state.

Fully refurbished,( repainted thorughout 2023) this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests.
This is a self catering apartment and we supply some basic consumables to get you started (soap, toilet paper, etc), after which you should replenish your supplies as needed. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels.

Gorgeous private Garden Studio in Subiaco, fully-equipped including evaporative cooler for the summer months and set in a lovely private garden. Spacious & new, with a lovely aspect to the garden including outdoor table & chairs (and BBQ on request) on a small brick patio.
The studio is a "stones throw" from Subiaco village which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It's also close to the city, Perth nightlife & beaches by car, bus or rail. Ample street parking available.

This renovated second floor apartment offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil setting.
Situated on the most north eastern corner of the complex, this apartment's address would be more accurately described as - corner of York and May St, a very quiet location.
Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom and twin singles in the loft. There is a shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool just nearby. Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer. There is split Air Conditioning in the lounge and in the loft, fans in the the two downstairs bedrooms.
There are stairs to the apartment and also within the apartment. Parking is provided for one car. Free WiFi.
Note : The swimming pool area and BBQ is closed from 1st June - 1st October..

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.
You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. - "The property is perfectly located adjacent to all of West Leederville amenities, cafes and up market pubs. The train is a short, 2 min walk. Subiaco is either a ten minute easy walk or one train stop away. You can fly in to Perth and catch the train from the airport directly to West Leederville. The apartment was spotlessly clean and came with many useful accessories such as hair dryer, dish and clothes washing products, coffee and a coffee machine. The kitchen has a microwave as well as a full oven and stove, also a good size fridge. The host provides excellent wifi as well as Netflix access. The bed is comfortable with great air flow in the room. The bathroom is small but has all the essentials and is well kept. The shower is very small, this may be an issue for some. My partner is 187cm tall and 95kg, I am 175cm tall and 62kg, we found the shower quite small. The water was hot and plentiful. The complex is quiet and the people friendly. I would stay there on a return to Perth."

This ground floor apartment offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil north facing setting.
Situated on the north western corner of the complex, facing onto very quiet York St - and with the luxury of parking your car at the front door in an off street parking bay.
Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a small alfresco area outside, with a larger shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool (within season). Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer.
Off street parking provided for 1 car. Free Wifi.
Note : The swimming pool area and BBQ is to be closed from 1st June - 1st October.
- "We booked for a fortnight stay initially... our check-in was seamless as the property manager was spot on with her instructions, enabling us to do a non-contact check-in on arrival! Then when we needed to extend our stay, again, the property manager Annabelle was wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to extend a further 3 nights with nothing more than just a couple of txt msgs, & it was done! Cannot fault the support we received from the property manager Annabelle! The property itself was exactly as advertised. & we were pleasantly surprised to discover that if we had an additional person join us mid-stay, it was no extra charge. Just so long as the existing bedding was sufficient. Which it was. A thoroughly enjoyable experience had by all. Thanks again to Annabelle for ur willingness to assist us in any way possible. Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.
You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. Wonderful train and bus transport to the City, Fremantle, the beaches, etc. the public transport is fantastic. You hardly need a car, although if you do have one, you have your own allocated, secure car bay at the apartment. From the airport a taxi takes about 25 minutes or you can take a shuttle bus to the city and a train from there to Subiaco.

PARKING: There is paid street parking in Barker Rd and surrounds.
(First hour is free) Parking is limited to 3 hours during the day between 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri. Unlimited and free at all other times. However please refer to the street signage for more information. You can pay for parking via the Easypark App as per signage.
