- "The property is only 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Rockingham. There are plenty of options for eating, drinking, cafes etc within 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop directly outside the property where you can catch the bus to/from Rockingham station. The property is in a nice quiet area directly across the street from the war memorial. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment work, paint work and re carpeting but during my visit I wasn't disturbed by any work related noise. The property is in good condition and the room I was allocated was first class, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. During my stay I used the gym which was small but reasonably well equipped and the pool which was nice. The property provides a free self service laundry service which I took advantage of and was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rockingham and would stay again if I was returning to this area again in the future."

The space
The one bedroom apartment is designed to feel like a cozy beach shack. Enjoy the modern amenities inside or take in ocean views outside on the balcony. Please note, if there are only two guests or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If there are two single travellers, we can unlock the second bedroom with twin beds but the master will be locked.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped. Fan forced oven and electric stove. Microwave and fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Air fryer, coffee plunger, a wide assortment of teas, staple condiments, spices, condiments, etc.

Living Room:

Balcony:

The space
This easy to access 67sqm refurbished ground floor apartment is part of an older multi-storey short stay complex.
Inside you'll find an open plan living and dining space plus a small outdoor courtyard with city glimpses.
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and a small wardrobe and has recently been fitted with a soundproof window.
The second bedroom contains one single bed and a double sized sofa bed, this is accessible via the main bedroom. This room is ideal for older children or extra adults. Both bedrooms are supplied with hotel quality bed linen and towels.
The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet plus essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The kitchenette includes a bar fridge, Tefal Cook4Me, microwave, electric skillet, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, microwave rice cooker and egg poacher. Pantry essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper plus breakfast staples are all available and free of charge.

There is no washer or dryer in the apartment, guests can use the shared laundry room. Tokens can be purchased at the front office.
