We checked in around 2pm, early check-in was not available, though the agent did say there were rooms “almost ready” and that she would call us as soon as our room was ready. We then waited over an hour for our luggage, and it was only delivered after a follow up call. The hotel’s excuse was that they had groups checking in??? Groups arriving are generally not a surprise and the hotel should have been better prepared and not sacrificed service to other paying guests - extremely disappointing and was not a good start to our stay at all!!"
