Enter via wrought iron gates on Mouat Street into a courtyard that features a towering plane tree. Take the lift or the stairs to the first floor where you will come across the historic barn doors that mark the entry to your apartment.
A Turkish rug in the foyer sets the scene for what’s behind the front door.
Four-meter-tall ceilings and sleek lines greet you as you walk into the light-filled open plan living area.
It’s a minimalist, sleek, and tranquil space, tastefully furnished in a relaxed style.
A separate scullery, full laundry, and library are hidden from view - leaving the living area uncluttered and serene.
The master bedroom is a calm place: sizeable and spacious, featuring a king bed with quality linens. Two large windows frame the plane tree view behind the bed. A cleverly designed ensuite, like the other utility rooms, is concealed behind floor to ceiling panels.

The Strelitz Buildings, located at 30 Mouat Street, Fremantle, were built in 1897 for Paul and Richard Strelitz. In October 1994, the buildings were permanently listed on the Western Australian State Heritage Register.

West end of Fremantle has many historic buildings. The newest hip and trendy cafes and small bars have opened up and only minutes away form the apartment.

South Beach is 1.5km, you can use one of my bicycles, catch the 532 bus or have a pleasant walk through South Fremantle.
The nearest shop is Galatis on Wray Ave - 3 minute walk away, this my favourite place to shop – great deli foods and cheap fruit & vegetables!
The Rottnest ferry at Victoria quay is 1 km, you can catch any bus to Fremantle station then a short walk to C Shed or an easy walk from my place through the historical Westend of Freo!
Perth city is accessible by train within 30 minutes.

Wonderful friendly neighbourhood - great community. Fremantle has it all - walk to the beach, 5 minute walk for the best coffee, Fremantle Market, Transperth bus stop 1 min walk from my house.

I do some teaching of the Alexander Technique from home, which means students occasionally come to the house. It's pretty relaxed, but I ask that you respect my teaching space (a separate space upstairs) and keep the noise levels reasonable.

Step back into 1989 in this Retro caravan. It’s comfortable, cosy and clean. It’s located in my fenced off rustic front yard.

The space
The van is clean and comfortable and perfect for one.
Air conditioner has recently been installed. Also has a fan and using both together are perfect to keep you cool


All you need is included, a comfortable bed, gas cooktop and fridge. You will have a key to access to the house to use the bathroom - just please lock the front door at all times.

Breakfast of toast / cereal (self serve) available. I also have emergency snacks on offer if you arrive late or too tired to leave the van.

Please note GPS often takes people to the French nest cafe that is on POINT Street. The front door access to the apartment is on Adelaide St next to the bead shop.
