This is a 3 bedroom apartment located heart South Perth - Mill Point Road opposite Perth Zoo. Large 150 m2 of living and out-door courtyard / balcony space 6 that overlooks Sir James Mitchell Park, the swan river and Perth CBD.
Main Bedroom has a large walk in robe through to full ensuite. 2nd Bedroom a queen size bed with plenty cabinet space, and 3rd bedroom has 2 beds which can caters to 2 children or a 3rd couple. All in all the apartment caters for large groups travelling or families / corporate meeting and groups.
NBN Wifi internet throughout, ducted heating and all creature comforts.Cooking and cleaning utilites, linen / towels, soaps, iron, hairdryer etc. .
Location wise we are 100m from Mends St café strips and Windsor pub, Perth CBD ferry terminal and swan river, if you decide to walk into CBD this is around a 2.5km walk. Bus / public transport available directly outside apartment on Mill Point Road.

Stylishly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom top floor apartment conveniently located right on the Swan River in South Perth, Western Australia. Decorated with quality furnishings it has a fully equipped kitchen and boasts the most wonderful views of the Swan River and city skyline, especially at night. The apartment is fully air conditioned and laundry facilities are provided in house. Towels and linen supplied. Step outside and the area offers tranquil parks, and a shared cycle/walking path winding along the swan river, part of the network of paths throughout Perth, making it an ideal area for both walking and cycling alike. It is only a short walk to the renown Perth zoo, Hobbycat yacht hire and numerous popular restaurants and cafes. Secure parking is available with the apartment or if you prefer, the bus passes right by your doorstep and the terminus for the transperth city ferry is only a short stroll along the river. The domestic and international airports are 15 and 20 minutes by car, the beaches 30mins.

The location is simply the best! Minutes walk to the Zoo & our amazing Swan River foreshore. Walk to Mends or Angelo Streets for specialty shops, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Minutes drive to Perth CBD or Ferry ride to CBD from Foreshore.
A Beautifully presented two bedroom, 1 Bathroom spacious apartment overlooking magnificent tree lined Richardson Park. The apartment is lovely and bright, freshened up with wooden floors, a large Hampton style kitchen; with loads of cupboard, stylish granite top and island bench.
The lounge & dining area are open plan and have views overlooking the park. The lounge has a built-in balcony with small table and chairs, suitable for additional dining or study nook.
The main bedroom is a very good size with King size bed and offers floor to ceiling wardrobes. The second bedroom has queen bed.
The bathroom combined laundry is a generous size, with built in washing machine & dryer area.
The apartment is fully fitted & furnished and comes with 1 under cover car bay at the rear of the complex.

- "Excellent" - "The unit location was amazing. Close to everything and a short trip across the river into the city. We couldn’t have asked for more. The unit was spacious and lovely and bright and airy. We did have some maintenance issues with the property which we have advised the owner of. One of which was the oven not working which wasn’t helpful as we were staying for 10 days and wanted to cook our own meals. Also the pillows need an upgrade as they were flat and uncomfortable. That aside we had a lovely stay and would return."

- "We stayed at this place for almost 10 days with family. The place was nice, not very clean but manageable. The society was quiet and location was good too. However, our experience turned sour few days into our stay, when I locked myself out of the apartment. As per the detailed document provided to me, it stated lost key cost as $75, although I hadn't lost the key but I was still ready to pay that amount. When I contacted the owners/agents, to collect the spare key which I can return once I could retain the keys from inside, I was told that they do not have any spare keys and so I will have to pay $150 for the locksmith. When I asked that the document says $75 I was told that the former cost is for "loosing the keys" not "getting locked out" because apparently its costlier. Not just that, when their locksmith whom I was paying for arrived, he started breaking their lock box which had another set of keys. I asked the locksmith why is he not trying to open the door for me as my keys are inside, he said - I have been told to retrieve the other set of keys (So, in short, I am paying for them so they can retrieve their keys). Upon suggesting that the fair thing to do is for them to cover above $75 as per their document, I was replied to very rudely. This was a complete scam and we were left feeling cheated after this experience. So, I would recommend this property to someone staying for short time and do not try to deal with people managing the property."

This is a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart South Perth, Mill Point Road. Ideally suited to 2 couples or small family, also corporate's wanting a quiet stay close to but just out of the CBD.
Our apartment is located on Mill Point Road, overlooks the South Perth Zoo from 7 levels up, and is a 100m walk to the café and pub strip of Mends street. Also Mends Street Ferry terminal into the CBD which runs every 15 minutes as well as numerous bus routes along Mill Point Road.
If you prefer to walk, its a brief 2 km walk along South Perth foreshore and swan River into the CBD.
Apartment has everything you will need for short or long stay, cooking and cleaning essentials, soaps, towels / linen and most importantly NBN Wifi.

The Shower head leaks, so I had to leave it on the floor so I could not hear it drip. Otherwise, all good."
