We are a quick 20 minutes away from Perth CBD, 40 minutes from "Freo" Fremantle and its markets and cafes.

The northen beaches is the "Australian California coast " with stunning houses along the west coast sunset drive. The nature has been respected with plenty of parks with barbecues, and also bush over the sand dunes.....Patrolled beach is directly opposite the house during the summer months. Excellent snorkelling and scuba diving all within minutes. Mullaloo is a great beach to learn to surf.
