Perth holiday villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds for children. All bedrooms are equipped with side tables, reading lamps, linen, pillows etc. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, a balcony with panoramic ocean views, and a large lounge/sitting area with a television. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, three games rooms with air hockey, soccer/foosball and snooker/billiard tables, and other board games, a modern lounge with a large television, and a large dining area. Absolute beachfront, this property is directly opposite the white sand beach and the stunning Indian Ocean. It is very spacious (300 square meters), with the living area upstairs to enjoy the views to the maximum...At the front there is uninterupeted views, from inside out and from all the balconnies. At the back you will find a "tropical" outdoor area with a an all weather pergola, and a lot of plants, a barbecue, and a heated swimming pool. All bedrooms are doubles, with en suite or semi en suite.
You can walk on the beach and watch dolphins and birds, swim in the heated pool, enjoy the outdoor hot/cold beach shower, relax in the sauna for 6, ride to Hillary's Marina on the cycle way, or to the beach cafe at Burns Beach,watch the whales and all the sunsets from the balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean, or play Golf or tennis at the nearby International renowed Joodalup Golf course.
L'Oceanne is a 2 storey beautiful Mediterranean house, close to all amenities, schools, and the major international Australian City that is Perth (20kms), yet very relaxing. Mullaloo has a real coastal village feeling, with parks and barbecues, Tavern and Dome cafe near the surf club only 800ms away from the house. The white sand beach has been classified as one of the 5 top beaches in the world. The school and shops are all within 800ms. The famous Hillary's Marina and it's renowed AQWA, Aquarium and ferrys departing to Rottnest Island are 5 kms away to the South. The Ocean Reef marina is one km away to the North.. We are a quick 20 minutes away from Perth CBD, 40 minutes from "Freo" Fremantle and its markets and cafes.
The northen beaches is the "Australian California coast " with stunning houses along the west coast sunset drive. The nature has been respected with plenty of parks with barbecues, and also bush over the sand dunes.....Patrolled beach is directly opposite the house during the summer months. Excellent snorkelling and scuba diving all within minutes. Mullaloo is a great beach to learn to surf.

Dampier House is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom granny flat situated in the suburb of Mullaloo. Dampier House has its own entry and car parking for two. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and second bedroom has two single beds. Smart TV and WIFI will ensure you stay connected whilst you are staying with us. Freshly painted and with new furniture will ensure you are comfortable during your stay at Dampier House.
Public transport is just a few metres away and can take you to train stations or two major shopping centres. Mullaloo Shopping Plaza is a short walk away and here you will find a local supermarket, gift shop, newsagent, bakery, fish and chip shop and two cafes.
One of Perth’s most beautiful beaches is just a short walk away. On the foreshore you will find parks with BBQ’s, a restaurant, pub, cafes and fish n chips.

Stay in this newly renovated, stylish and well equipped home away from home on a safe and quiet cul de sac. Plenty of room for a whole family to enjoy or a group of friends to share. Two desks and fast internet make this a perfect place to work too. You can't beat the location of Jim's Place being 30kms from Perth CBD. It is just off the freeway, a short walk to the train station and close to major shopping centres, golf courses, restaurants and beautiful white sand beaches with great surf!
Upon entry, you will find the generous and comfortable sitting room furnished with a large Smart TV and relaxing sofas. A newly laid luxurious carpet is soft underfoot and very welcoming.
The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen boasts a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and many useful appliances including a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker and sandwich press. In the fridge you will find complimentary condiments and milk alongside a filter water jug. The freezer will have some bread ready for you. Also provided is a caddy containing a complimentary selection of tea, coffee and biscuits.
There is a full laundry next to the kitchen with a washing machine. Inside the cupboard you will find an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop etc. The washing line is outside the laundry but there is also a clothes rack to use inside on those rainy days.
The sunken family room houses a 6 seater dining table and chairs plus an armchair and bar stools. You will find a secondary Smart TV as well as some boardgames and books in the cabinet underneath. High chair available on request.
The adjoining study is set up with 2 desks for added flexibility if working or just catching up on emails.
The property has 3 restful bedrooms with thick, new carpets and blockout blinds. All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps and alarm clocks. The master has a queen bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large wall hook for hangers. The third bedroom has a single bed with additional pull out single trundle bed, a chest of drawers and a large wall hook for hangers. Travel cot available on request.
The bathroom contains a bath, shower with generous head and a basin with vanity mirror cabinet. The hairdryer is in this cabinet. You will find complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, dental kit, shaving kit and cotton wool pads and buds. There is a new loo in the separate WC next to the bathroom.
Outside there is a sofa with table and extra chairs to enjoy the beautiful WA weather.

A large separate wing contains the stunning master bedroom with its own fireplace and living area, en-suite bathroom, study, and "Sex-in-the City" style walk-in robe.

- "No issues checking in, however, that’s where it ended. Only 3 bedrooms of the 5 were made up. When speaking to the owner about this she tried to make it our fault for not telling her we wanted to use all 5 bedrooms. The oven fan squeaked terrible the whole time it was used and when the door was opened it set off the smoke alarm every time! Beware there is only aircon in a couple of bedrooms. The pool is shared, we were informed of this halfway through our stay and does not say anything about this in the advertisement. Made us feel very uncomfortable indeed. Two of the bedrooms have curtains missing at the windows. The shower in the master bedroom flooded the bathroom every time it was used. Also the glass pool gate does not shut securely so is as hazard, we ended up moving a plant pot to keep the gate shut as the wind kept blowing it open. We also moved some seating so we could sit on the veranda as is shown in the advertisements only to be penalised at the end of our rental for moving furniture to the sum of $30. We were also charged a further $50 for towels that we apparently ruined. We were shown a picture of marks on a towel that were already there at the beginning of the rental. We have asked for receipts for this expenditure but they have not been received. Also not 5 minutes from the beach. All in all not a memorable stay."
