Guilderton is situated at the mouth of the Moore River. It is the perfect weekend getaway or family holiday. Only 50 50-minute drive from Joondalup.
The house is a modern two-story holiday home with views of the ocean and an easy 500m walk to the dog-friendly beach.
You have full access to the whole house Max of 8 guests at any time during your stay (min 2-night stay). Charges apply for cleaning and Pets are welcome. A lower price is available if less than 4 people are staying for the entire booking.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms; a large open-plan living area, an alfresco BBQ area and a sunset viewing deck.
Downstairs has four single beds i.e. 2 bunk beds, toilet, shower and laundry. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed with ocean views. The other is a larger room with a queen bed and TV overlooking the alfresco BBQ area. Covered Doonas, blankets and covered pillows are supplied. Sheets and towels can be supplied at an additional cost of $10 per person.
Pet-friendly - Fully fenced backyard and a short 500m walk to the dog beach opposite the house.

The owner also loaned the kyaks which the kids loved and perfect to explore up the river accompanied by us on our paddleboards. With multiple decks and views over the river there is always somewhere to relax outside regardless of the weather. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Amazing, family get-a-way.

Not a party house. There are party houses available but mine is not one.

The Moore River enters the ocean here with the area having much to offer the holiday maker. The river and beach are perfectly safe to enjoy. Our user friendly cottage is adjacent to the beach which is ideal for swimming, surfing, sunbathing, beach combing, and fishing, diving or simply watching the sunset while enjoying a quiet drink.

Kayaks included in rate and used at own risk.

Canoe, paddle boat and dingy hire are available at the river mouth.

All parks in town are free of charge including the skateboard park.

Enjoy the magical Guilderton sunsets from this beautiful three-level home with two front balconies offering some of the best ocean views in town. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. This property has 5 bedrooms so is ideal for two or three families to enjoy with plenty of room for everyone. Wifi is connected.

The 3rd level (top floor) has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom a large lounge with comfortable couches, a large TV with WIFI connectivity and BluRay DVD player, with its own balcony with expansive ocean views - all perfect for a retreat from the crowd.
The 2nd level (accessible by 2 steps from the driveway / back yard) boasts the main living area with a large leather lounge suite. There is a TV and BluRay DVD player with Netflix (you need your own code). Some DVDs are provided for guests’ use. This is also an ideal spot to keep an eye on children from the kitchen.
There is a large dining table that seats 12. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need, including a dishwasher and a large fridge. There is a double bedroom on this level, as well as bathroom facilities (a toilet and shower) and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The front balcony is ideal for outdoor meals when the weather is fine.

The downstairs games room on the 1st level has its own lounge suite, a table-tennis table, and a pool table. In the adjacent room is a second fridge – perfect for keeping drinks cold – and a deep-freeze.
In the back yard, there is a BBQ and a table and bench seats, ideal for enjoying an afternoon drink and dinner on hot summer evenings. An outdoor hot shower is invaluable for washing off sand and salt after returning from the nearby beach.
The property also has evaporative air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The carpets and much of the furniture have been recently replaced to provide greater comfort for guests.

A conveniently located home situated in Whitfield Street which overlooks the Moore River estuary/ Indian Ocean and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It features a large grassed area with very nice views of the river, ocean and sunsets.

Guilderton is located about 100km north of Perth, off Indian Ocean Drive.
It is popular with families and couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Activities available include tennis, golf, mini golf, lawn bowls, fishing, surfing, swimming, boating, kayaking, visiting nearby places, doing nothing or more (or less).

The river provides a very safe swimming area for children and has boat launching facilities.

Living up to its sleepy coastal village reputation, Guilderton has two shops and a country club where good meals and a drink can be purchased at night.
It's a place to wind down, watch the river, the ocean, the birds, the changing colours of the day, the beautiful sunsets.....away from the city or wherever for a while.
