The space
This stylish one bedroom guesthouse flows effortlessly and has guests comfort in mind. With such relaxing finishes and styling it’s a great place to chill out and watch Netflix, or read a book after visiting the beach or nearby Fremantle, Rottnest or Perth. I have an online guidebook which provides guests suggestions of the many restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, it really is a fabulous location. There is a supermarket, chemist and other shops within walking distance. Nespresso machine provided and the kitchen has all you need if you prefer a home cooked meal.

Guests are able to access the whole apartment for their private use. There is also a communal laundry and drying area downstairs for use by the whole building.

Other things to note
Please note this apartment is not air conditioned. There are two ceiling fans in each room, a portable fans and also 2 portable heaters. The bathroom and shower is very compact compared to the rest of the apartment. It has a combined washer and dryer. Due to its size and the open plan kitchen it is not suitable for children. Strictly no parties will be tolerated, this is a quiet complex and quiet time applies from 9pm - 7am. For long term stays a starter pack of supplies such as toilet paper, and consumables will be supplied.

Wifi is readily available at the property however there can at times be possible faults with appliances, with weather or power related outages that can disrupt operation which is out of our control. If access to wifi is critical for work purposes it may be prudent to bring a portable wifi device.

This styled one bedroom open plan apartment flows effortlessly. Public transport is also available on Stirling Highway with buses available, or the train station is also a short 10-15 minute walk to Cottesloe Train Station. We provide all luxury high end linen including beach towels in summer and now have a Nespresso compatible coffee machine available for your use.

The whole apartment and patio is accessible and private to you. Please note the private courtyard is not enclosed and you are situated next to the patios of the next door neighbours.

The laundry is shared in the complex and is an additional cost of $4 AUD per use. The guesthouse is not suitable for children due to the space and style of the apartment. The air conditioning is one split system unit in the main living area, given the open plan it does cool / heat the whole apartment.

We also provide a basket of toys for the kids.
A high chair can be arranged if requested.
