The cabin is located in Dicahue, 23 km north of Los Angeles (Q15 route), within a 3.5 hectare enclosure.
On the premises there are domestic animals such as: horses, goats, chickens, turkeys, dogs (except for the dogs that usually come close, the rest of the animals are away from the cabin).

There is abundant vegetation, and one of our goals is to protect and reproduce the native vegetation of the place.

Small family cabin (45mt) on a plot, completely independent, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room, fully-equipped kitchen for 4 people. Air conditioning and pellet stove for heating, TV and WiFi.
Just 1 km from the urban area, store, and restaurants. 3 km from the bus terminal and Líder supermarket.
Very easy arrival from the old north-south road or Avenida Las Industrias, the main arrival in the city.
If your trip is north or south, it only deviates 2 km from your route.

The space
A pleasant plot, planted with many exotic native trees and fruit trees. There are also pets.
It has all the essentials to rest. Bedrooms with a double bed and single beds in the second bedroom, all with sheets and an extra blanket for the winter season. Each with a private bathroom. There is 1 towel per guest, liquid soap, comfort shampoo.
The kitchen is equipped with: a gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, small electric oven, dishes, glasses, cups, and bathrooms. There are also a few dressings and 1 hairdryer.

Check-in is easy. There is 1 access gate to the plot. The cabin keys will be on the door and a remote control for access will be included for free movement.
There is gravel parking for vehicles, so as not to step on the grass.

Other things to note
The cabin is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. There's not enough room for extras.
Not suitable for children under 2. There is no crib, changing table, stove bars and plug guards. I love children, but I don't have the requirements of bnb.
Cleaning in the monthly reservation will be the responsibility of the guest. Linen will be delivered weekly and toiletries will be replenished. The garbage truck comes on Wednesday and Saturday. If you can't get your toilet out, leave it closed and let us know for its removal.
Check-in is as independent as possible. At the welcome, after a one-time call, remote access is opened and the keys will be placed in the cabin. They are left in the same way at the exit.
I dedicate a lot of concern with all the cleaning and sanitization steps suggested by the bnb platform. This is why punctuality is requested at check-out time.

Cabaña Don Gaspar, relax with the family in this accommodation where tranquility and cleanliness are breathed. A strategic stop if your destination is further south or north of the country, approximately 2 km from the main waterfall of the Saltos del Laja and very close to Route 5 Sur, 500 meters. Close to stores, restaurants, and a first aid station. We have towels for each guest, soap, toilet paper and pest control service (sanitized, rat extermination, insect extermination).
