The use of the tinaja has an additional value of $35,000 includes 2 bags of firewood.
The cabin is at the top of the Valle by the same way the road is steep and ground, 4x4 vehicles have no problems to climb, 4x2 vehicles could skate. Anyway, the host can get riders in their vehicle to get the driver up without a problem.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them have 2 beds of 1 square and one has a double bed ; that is, capacity for 6 people (SHEETS and TOWELS are requested).

The property is located in a unique ecosystem: sclerophyllous forests with trees and vegetation that withstand drought and heat. We are adjacent to the Lago Peñuelas reserve park, so there is a lot of fauna: cururos, guallamos, foxes, owls.

It used to be a vineyard, we have planted more than 200 native trees and shrubs to help the ecosystem.

The property is inside a condominium, on a hill, there are no neighbors nearby so it is very quiet and private.

Guests have access to a terrace where the 1200 square meter house is located, inside the property there is a campfire area (you cannot light fires in the fire season November to March) but you can use charcoal for roasts. Inside the property there is a private pool for guests of 5.30*3.10 meters enabled in season from November to March. In addition to a roofed terrace with armchairs, a camping table under an añoso tree.

Our cabin has solar panels, is self-sustaining, and is located on a 5000-meter plot for the exclusive use of guests. It has an electric fence, a closed-circuit TV in the perimeter, and electric gates, which make the place safer. Children's games for children, small cars and motorcycles for children up to 4 years old, which can be used inside the plot. Taca taca and frog, ideal games for adults and children, to enjoy as a family. The gazebo has a charcoal grill, crockery, glasses, chopping board, knife and skewer for roasting. Fruit trees, tranquility. Countryside and comfort near the city. There are cats that sometimes visit guests. Small pets are welcome. Each photo reflects the property as it is. It's a place designed for family, disconnection, and rest. The use of speakers is restricted because it is a residential area.
It is not suitable for large groups (over 6 people) and day visits are not allowed. Only guests who are part of the reservation. These rules help us keep the place in the best condition and provide good service to our guests.

Our guests can access all areas that are within the property, gazebo, swimming pool, patio, gardens, children's play area and trampoline, free of charge. The use of the hot tub or jacuzzi has a value of 50,000 pesos. You must request this service one day in advance due to the preparation time.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, only in places that are equipped with ashtrays.
As it is the countryside, there are cats that sometimes come to visit guests, and the neighbors have dogs.
We accept small pets.
