The space
The house is located in the countryside and nature, surrounded by hills with native forests (boldos, molles, quillay and peumos) and valleys with vineyards (Casa del Bosque, Indomita, Matetic). It is also near beaches such as Algarrobo, Quintay and Vina del Mar.

We are located in an organic farm (apples). It is located in a native ravine, with immense boldos, peumos and quillayes among others. The water is taken from a deep well. It is only 3 km from the Katrala vineyard, where tours and tastings are held. Just 40 minutes from Valparaíso and 20 minutes from Casablanca where there are numerous vineyards and is part of the wine route. The place has trekking trails, a swimming pool, a stove and a barbecue grill

Other things to note
The pool table is one of the facilities that requires the greatest care: It is for adults who know how to play, since the misuse of the tacos can break the cloth. It is forbidden to move it from its location, as it causes the unevenness and future rupture of cloth.

It is not allowed to use electric heaters.

The pool does not have perimeter fence, so it is necessary to be attentive to children. The greater depth is 2 mt, the smallest is 1mt.
