The house is located on a large plot to the Margens da Lagoa in the Ponta do Daniel neighborhood in Laguna-SC. The site is immersed in nature and has an amazing view of the Lagoon and Anita Garibaldi, a postcard of the city. The property is private, secure and has 4 rental houses. All with private access and parking in front of the house.
The RESIDENTIAL COSTA DA LAGOA is 16km from the historic center of Laguna and 18km from Praia do Mar Grosso (main city). It is possible to get around by car or boats to the Historic Center, Barra de Laguna and restaurants by the lagoon such as the renowned “Geraldo Restaurante” and “Boião Restaurante”.
For guests with boats, there is also the option to go to the supermarket by boat. Laguna's "Lider" and "Angeloni" supermarkets have a docking pier.

Included in all stays:

Casa Hermosa, our xodó, is located on the edge of the lagoon and close to the sea. It is a havaina style house, very cozy and functional, has two floors and a 360 degree view. The garden, allied to a lawn of 30 meters, gives access to the trapiche, from where the sunset is undoubtedly one of the most charming in Santa Catarina. Casa Hermosa is passionate, a place to rest and live. Families and friends have here, their stories marked by smiles and lots of love.

Casa Hermosa is ideal for families or couples who enjoy nature and quiet. Availability for 01, 02 and 03 couples, in addition to not charging additional for children up to 06 years old.
You'll be staying in one of the most amazing places in the cape of Santa Marta, practically halfway between the Lighthouse and the ferry to Laguna. Close to the paradisiacal beaches of Cabo, no more than 10 minutes from the Lighthouse and the ferry of Laguna, less than that of beaches such as Teresa, Ypoã and Galheta.
The house has an exclusive tray from where the sunset can be seen in a unique and private way.
We have a small boat to navigate the entire lagoon on days of low wind (consult with the host values and availability), in addition there is the option to rent standup.
