Guest Access:
Once booked, the entire finca is yours to enjoy, except for the cabin where the house manager lives with his wife.

To ensure a smooth arrival at our finca, we have established a clear and straightforward process for accessing the property.

Please note that access will not be granted until the check-in process (rental agreement + ID of all guests) has been completed.

Addition, entry is limited to 9 p.m as the butler's workday ends at that time and he is in charge of opening and closing the door at all times for security reasons and to control all visitors and guests.

Interruption in utilities:

On-Site staff:
The finca is staffed with a house manager (Yecid) and his wife (Martha) who live on the property in a separate building and who are present on the property to help with anything you may need. They are here to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to assist you with any requests or issues that may arise during your stay.
Martha can he hired to cook breakfast and lunch for $60.000 per day. Please bring your own groceries.

Also, if you need someone to make the beds and clean the rooms, you can request it directly with Mrs. Martha, who charges $100,000 COP for this service. If you need a change of sheets and towels, the price can increase up to $150,000 COP.

This is a residential home, our neighbors are families and our friends, we want to keep the good relation with them after your visit. The house main goal is to provide guests a nice space for them to rest, sleep and have a nice experience. Music at decent levels is always welcome, so is sharing time with your people. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the amount of people allowed, drugs comsuption and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.

We just want you to follow basic rules, we trusted you by hosting you, don't let us down :)

Smoking is adamantly prohibited inside the property, you could always smoke outside ( taking care of cigarret butts), if place is found smelling like cigarretes/other substances you will be fined, airbnb is taking seriously this matter as it affects coming guests. Penalty could go from 100 usd to 300. By booking you agree to pay this fee.

Approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, with few inhabitants and great biodiversity, multiple species of birds, fauna of the region and away from the impact of the city.

We have an access road, south of town. It is a combined route between pavement, footprint and open road, for this reason and for your comfort and greater tranquility we suggest that the arrival to the accommodation site is in a 4x4 traction vehicle.

Small cars can go up, but maybe the terrain in the last meters before reaching the parking lot becomes a bit difficult.

We are located within the city of Cali in a rural area, on the edge of the beautiful Los Farallones National Natural Park just 40 minutes from the main exits.

We have two access roads, one in the central part and the other in the south of the city. These are combined routes between pavement, footprint, and uncovered road.

We are approx. 1,600 meters above sea level, in a fairly natural and still very unspoiled area, with few inhabitants and underdeveloped roads, for this reason for your comfort and greater tranquility we suggest that the arrival to the cabin be in a vehicle with 4x4 traction.

Small cars will be able to go up, but maybe the land of the last 100 meters before arriving at the parking lot is a bit difficult.

We advise you to book transportation with us, it will be a quiet, secure service with responsible drivers. (check the additional cost)

If you want to take a city tour, or visit the city for pleasure or work, a driver can accompany you during your tours.

Other things to note
The weather in La Montaña Secreta is varied. It can be warm in the morning and afternoon, and quite cold at night. Temperatures can drop to 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
We have a swimming pool that can be air-conditioned if you wish, reaching temperatures up to 38°C, (this is a service with additional value).

The water is of natural birth and sometimes due to heavy rains it can become a little murky, so we suggest consuming water from the dispensers.

Being in a mountainous and rural area; with very low frequency due to heavy rains or damage in the sector, there may be electrical outages, these are usually momentary, in these cases we have a power plant that we will turn on for a maximum period of 4 hours.

If you like early morning you can surprise you on a morning dawning over the clouds.
